I’m totally disappointed how unprofessional they are in doing business. When they reopened after COVID-19 closure I am supposed to make an appointment to workout, which I did. I showed up at the gym and they had every second machine closed, which is understandable considering the social distancing we need to follow.All the machines were occupied! When I asked at the front desk why I can’t find a single spot to workout they told me that they are LETTING IN EVERYONE WHO SHOWS UP!!!What’s the point of making an appointment then?? They doesn’t respect our time and they definitely not following social distancing.Go somewhere where your time and money will be appreciated.That’s a high price for not having a gym to use and being exposed!And on the top of it they still keep charging me after I canceled my membership!!! When I canceled my card I got a notice that per agreement I have to update the payment otherwise will be put on collections!!!RIDICULOUS!

I can appreciate the price and location of this gym, but it's not my first choice for lifting. There never seems to be any air circulation in the corner with the squat racks which makes for a muggy, stale-air workout especially when the temps get higher. The foam padding on the bench press benches is pretty worn and could use an update. Lots of cardio equipment and large ceiling fans in other parts of the gym is a positive.

I love the gym, but my trainer left, so I cancelled my personal training. I spoke with the assistant manager who was very unfriendly and unprofessional, and obviously incompetent at doing his job. He made me feel like I was bothering him by asking him to cancel my membership. I had to visit him twice and I’m still being charged for it. I had to finally call their finance company for them to refund me and stop charging me. Terrible experience. UPDATE: I emailed the manager that responded to me, and explained my situation and she never even responded. Real professional. Just as I’d expect from this trash gym.

Really nice gym but its on the smaller side. Our sales guy was very good and informative but still pretty sales-y. Just finished my first week and the machines I wanted were always free but I'm also there at 5 am. I'm still waiting on trying a class.

Loved it. Great vibes in this gym. Solid 10/10 workout and friendly staff.As a side note, I learned that it is normal in America to sauna fully clothed with socks and shoes and cell phones. Walked in butt naked (sat on a towel) cause that's how we do it up North.

Equipment wise this place is 5 Stars but there seems to be a extreme relaxed position in enforcing members to wear their mask. They posted little signs saying to wear them but none of the staff actually walks around and enforces it. 3 days in a row I seen the same 2 guys just working out with no on mask at all!!! and numerous others half masking…I don’t know if the staff are intimidated by the gym rats or simply just don’t care at all?!?! Instead of the employees all just hanging out at the front check desk chit chatting, they should be walking the gym floor enforcing the rules.

This location is fairly small and very crowded, it didn't seem like COVID protocols were being enforced much. Mask wearing is not enforced at all. If you sign up, make sure to read your agreement very carefully - there's a 30 day notice requirement to cancel, and you'll have to pay for the last month. If you do want to cancel, call this gym location and then ask to be transferred to member services and say representative to the recording. I'd recommend doing the free trial first so you know what you're getting

A little busy for my liking but good gym...they keep it clean, good floor layout, bathroom/locker rooms need some love though. I imagine this would be a good time to revamp them during covid....let's see what happens .

All time favorite gym hands down. It has every machine I possibly need for my fitness journey. The facility is always clean and is always improving by adding new machines. The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable Tyler Is always helpful with any questions I have and always helps me with account purchases.

Yeah, the social distancing is absolutely atrocious. Their manager, Amanda, responded to my previous post.What exactly does wearing a mask before you enter the gym do as far as microbial/pathogen related spread? You realize that the travel velocity of the microbe will be the highest when people are exhaling and sweating inside the gym? This makes it completely contradictory to imply that not wearing a mask inside the gym can be a protocol that is deemed effective by a health inspector.I’m sorry but 50,000 people got covid yesterday and ,as a gym with hundreds of concerned consumers everyday, you need to have stricter policies or you need to shut down. I went three times for one and a half hours this week. I saw no social distancing. I didn’t see machines being wiped down. I saw a gym capacity of 60-75%. And I saw maybe 50% of people wearing masks.If you want to take any suggestions, how about having a MANDATORY mask policy? I don’t know how you guys can’t oblige to this.
