Everything was fine til’ I decided to sign up for personal training sessions! First of all they didn’t tell me it was on contract, they asked me how long did I think this journey would take? I answered, hm maybe about six months and then boom I’m locked into a contract! So I decided about two months later I wanted to stop the sessions and so I requested they do that! And they said okay but since it’s on “contract” I’d have a $40 dollar fee til’ the term is over, (So for the next four months) and then it would end completely. Well the opposite happen and it reactivated without me knowing, unaware I was paying for sessions for a few months! It wasn’t until I got curious and checked my bank statement that I realized this! At this point I have paid $640 for sessions that I did not even take! That’s almost half my rent guys! 😩 my husband went in to file a complaint and ask the manager for a refund but all he said was that he I probably said freeze and not cancel, and that’s why it is this way..So that’s a lie! I said cancel and if I did say freeze when did I say unfreeze or does that happen automatically too?!?! Wth I so torn cause I like the gym, I just don’t like getting robbed 😩 just please give me my money back! It’s not right and it’s not fair to me and my family...

A great fitness center. I have belonged for over a year and go to a lot of the different locations. The one I love has everything clean showers, filtered water, plenty of different machines, along with a pool, and sauna. I highly recommend the Durango location especially!!!

I went in to cancel my membership with the manager of the club because I had to move where EOS didn’t have any locations and we sat in his office for 15 minutes as he claimed to have canceled my membership so I had assumed it was taken care but he never submitted any cancellation on my account and I was charged for another month and I wasn’t there plus the annual fee (used for maintenance and cleaning for the year) mind you I was only there for a total of one month and it wasn’t submitted until I called in about my account. Along with the gym being small and crowded at anytime of day the staff isn’t very professional.

I love this gym. Has the old school iron feel for those that compete or are into the life style. The staff is great and super friendly. I love the new upgrades to the gym. Me and my bf are able to meet like minded bodybuilders and form friendships with them to bound on the lifestyle

Love the location and the staff but the equipment here is terrible. It’s incredible outdated and all the weight machines are dented and bent from being used for years so you either have to do one limb at a time or have one limb more prominent than the other, it’s also incredibly uncomfortable to be doing curls when the cushion is so dented that your elbow starts to twist. Sad that this location has yet to upgrade. Staff and location is great but the quality of the equipment is so poor I had to rate this spot 2 stars. For 25 a month you’d think they could afford some better upgrades. I’d go to the Sahara location if you can

This location has changed . I really like the new setup with the artificial turf but I don’t like that they took out ALL of the heavy bags. The people here are really stuck up and unfriendly. That’s not the kind of environment I like when I’m trying to better myself. It’s demotivating ! I know the club can’t control the type of people that go in there and that’s why I’m not giving this place a 2 star. The employees are friendly so that’s a plus. The sauna needs a good cleaning or maybe even a sanding on the benches . This location does have some machines and benches that the others dont . Overall it’s not really good or bad just meh.

Not too crowded which is nice but it's always freezing. I don't see why you would keep the temp inside a gym at like 60°, it's really frustrating. Plus the lack of natural light and color is pretty depressing. I feel like there is a lot you can do to make this gym better especially in comparison to their other locations.

I recently received a mailer for a complimentary 7 day pass. I submitted my request online and got a phone call this morning inviting me in to pick up my pass. On arrival, I was told that I would only be able to receive my pass if I was interested in purchasing the $20 or $30 plan. The mailer clearly offered the promotional price and mentioned nothing about having to commit a specific type of membership for the complimentary pass. I even asked to just try the gym for 1 day, not even 7, and the GM told the sales rep that I would need to pay $15 to use the facility for the day. I was looking to switch gyms (been a member at 24 fitness for 3+ years) and I just wanted to view the facility so I'm extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. The GM could definitely learn more sales skills since I could have easily signed up for one of the premium memberships. I wasn't even offered a tour. Very deceptive marketing and sales tactics. He didn't even bother to come out of the office, real professional.

You get what you pay for, my husband and I have been coming here for 7 months. Front desk staff is usually pretty grumpy or "busy." Bathrooms are always dirty, staff doesn't make people put their bags in lockers so you'll trip at least once a day on a bag, No good area to stretch, woman's water fountain never works, and woman's restroom usually smells bad from the plumbing issues. The sauna in the woman's locker room is pretty scratched up and it seems like the boards are about to break.Upside is it is 24 hours and the leg machine selection is pretty solid.At this price you are better off going to UNLV.Don't have kids so I can't say how good or bad the childcare facility is.

So hard to take this management staff serious, they turn over at the speed of damn light. Should have read the bloody reviews before signing up at this location, I signed up because I really enjoy the Durango location. I would drive there but it's out of my way, just wishing there was a standard all the way around on the gyms. This location stinks on occasions (I was told it's beyond their control), and literally dirty. The quiet room (lady's room) seems to always have hair everywhere 😒. Also make sure when you sign up that they don't talk you into increasing your training session, start small and add as needed. I'd like to be able to write something decent about this location but there really isn't which is sad. I hope they do more then a name overhaul on this location, it's starting to suck balls.
