The Good: Lots of workout machines, with duplicates so you rarely need to wait for a specific machine. One of the cheapest prices out there. 24 hours.The Bad: Seemingly no maintenance done since it was Golds Gym many years ago. Bathrooms are in terrible shape with broken, dirty floor tiles, no hot water in the women’s showers and WOW do they stink (hint, get automatic flushers for the urinals and it won’t reek so bad).Seriously, you’re going to want to wear shower shoes. I highly suspect you will get a terrible case of athlete’s foot fungus from walking to the showers and run the risk of cutting your feet open on broken tiles.Look, if you are homeless and everyone is telling you a cheap gym pass will let you shower and charge your phone, or COVID took out your sense of smell, or you don’t shower after workouts, then THIS is the gym for you! Low cost, 24 hours, and nobody will notice you setting up camp in the bathroom.If not, you accept that this is the low-cost gym option, and the crowds are not too bad.

Ok I really love this location. It’s never really terribly busy. And has all great equipment. One of my fav locations due to the lack of busyness lol. Buuuut… I do feel it’s a bit inappropriate that a male was in the ladies locker room cleaning everything. (Showers and dressing area)…. There should be staff of the same gender cleaning these areas while the hours are busy… just my opinion. Won’t keep me from coming back though.🙃I would also like to add, my 10yo daughter LOVES the kids center.🥳🙌🏼

Been going for a month and so far I can say all the gym equipment is great. But the customer service is god awful. The salesmen are way too aggressive practically forcing the “free class” on you from the start. And it feels impossible to get any sort of support when there is an issue because their “management” is always too busy to assist but they sure take your name down, And you never get a call back. If you want a cheap gym I’d say go elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the disrespect the staff gives their customers. Recently my boyfriend had cancel his membership and the humiliation they gave him was beyond belief. He worked out there just a few times and the equipment is terrible the weights are terrible the customer service is way bellow what should be expected from a gym. Ever since he canceled they have not stopped texting and calling and leaving voicemails saying horrible and rude things to him just for canceling. It is terrible wish i could go bellow 1 star. Many people my boyfriend works out with always talk about how they always over charge everyone’s card and everyone should be done with this gym it’s terrible!

This is one of the best gyms in town. Staff are friendly and for the most part it is clean. I don't use the bathroom so I don't know how clean it is.I have noticed a high turn over of staff. It seems that every 2 months there is a whole new staff. Don't know why! But that is why I didn't give it 5 stsrs.Keeanna at the reception desk us very friendly.

Customer service is so wonderful. Attitude is uplifting energetic happy bubbly attentive interested caring towards customers. The employees are extremely helpful totally welcoming -vivacious always having a good time always high energy. When they speak to you they take the time to listen they’re engaged they care about their customers they really wanna see you do your personal best. Also they love animals EXTRA BONUS 🧡! Really great crew overall. Also I would like to mention as far as masks go & cleaning utensils- they are all readily available & it’s very safe everyone is masked up & No one has to go around telling people everyone is doing their part from what I have experienced.

I had a horrible experience with this gym. I went in to inquire about a membership, and I decided not to go forward after reading some of the negative reviews. Soon after, I realize that they still charged my card after I did not complete the process. The general manager was rude, condescending, and made me feel guilty for not wanting to get a membership. I told him about the reviews saying the staff was disrespectful and many people were being overcharged. He said “That’s their problem!”. Today I found out from my bank that after stopping charges, Eos changed their name online to make the charge go through again. This is fraudulent! I would never want to do business with an establishment that treats people this way. Recently, I found out my brother had to cancel his membership from Eos after the trainer was mocking him during work outs! This is a disgrace. Do not waste your time or money!!!

Terrible customer service! Don’t sign up with EOS. Called a little after the pandemic hit to cancel my account just to find that I’m still getting charged. Called the club and they confirmed that I haven’t scanned into the gym for over a year but still can’t refund me cause there is no notes in their system that I called! So is that my fault that whoever I talked to failed to put that in their system. I would recommend going to another Gym, worst gym I’ve ever been a part of.

Went today and about 5 to 7 or more people had their mask below their nose or on their neck. Which made me uncomfortable to be there 😕, I was disappointed at first to tell you the truth. Then I saw one of their employees walking around with a clip board and enforcing the mask policy. That's when it felt safe to even be there, I'm glad to be in a place where my safety is ensured in that send during this pandemic. People don't seem to understand that we are in one and aren't thinking about their health and that of others.

This is a nice gym. Most of the people that work out here are serious about working out so they do not sit on machines socializing . It is relatively easy to work out with minimal (if any wait).The staff always greets customers and there are very few if any people making annoying noises.The dumbells are not limited like planet fitness to just 75 pounds .
