Elderly can join for free with their health insurance. Very friendly, helpful & professional. Very clean. Everything is wiped down after use. Trainers are great. They keep you on your toes by adding new exercises. Great training. Been sick for a month & went back today. It was like coming home. No changes. Still a great place to workout. Had great maintenance for a few weeks. Now some of the equipment is down for weeks with no repairs. Still a great place to workout.

Worst experience with a gym EVER! I signed up for a membership with my son as he wanted to go while in high school and didn't know if his friends would end up going to the same gym. I never once used the facilities (no problem paying the monthly fee as I signed up for him anyway). After he graduates and moves to another state for education. I call to cancel the membership and after being told it was cancelled a number of times (different phone calls, different months) am told I have to do it in person because I never used my membership and my son is not present (all his info in the computer besides his name was my info). It takes quite awhile for me to make it in to cancel - that's on me - but when I finally get in to cancel it, they only cancel my membership and not my son's, even after I confirmed with them multiple times before leaving that both memberships were cancelled. I was then given a number to corporate to cancel the membership, which is strange that that option was not given originally when I was told I had to do it in person, and they cancelled the membership but not only left the charge for the month it was supposed to be cancelled already but told me I would also be charged for the following month per their policy. I get it's a business and they are only trying to make money but practices like this make it seem sketchy. If anyone ever asks my opinion on this club when making a decision to join or not, I'll let them know that every month they can come give me their money and I'll kick them in the groin so they can experience the same taste in their mouth that this club left me with.

Do not sign up, they will sign you up and take your money. I signed up for the 21.99 a month to use any gym but I was not using any other location so I tried to change plans to only use 1 location for a monthly rate of 10. They said I had to pay 49.99 to do that. Lol, what a joke! DO NOT sign up unless you don’t mind throwing your money away.

Nelly at the Kid's Club is absolutely WONDERFUL!! Our son adores her, and we feel so confident that he's taken care of every time we're there to work out. The Serenity Room is great to workout in when it's crazy busy in the main gym. The overall cleanliness of the gym isn't stellar, but we literally go there because we trust the people who work in the kid's club, and that's most important to us.

Much like any gym, it's going to get very busy during the mornings and well into the evenings. If you can squeeze in an hour any other time, you'll have a nice selection of machines, weights, and cardio equipment to choose from. The theater is a nice edition from any other big box gym. The only downside is how frequently some of the machines break down and how long it takes to repair them. Other than that not a bad place to get a workout in.

I was torn between giving 1 or 2 stars. Signed up for a 7 day trial. Of course they try to force you to sign up after the first workout. “This deal ends tomorrow” 🤣 biggest trick in the book! Make sure you go different times to see how truly crowded this gym is. I only went 4 times. The first time was at a generally off time for gyms 2pm on a Saturday. It was as crowded as most gyms peak times. Went on a Sunday afternoon, still crowded. Went twice after work OMG what a nightmare!! Literally 3-4 teens crowded around each machine. The final straw, I noticed no one cleans the machines after use. I am all set!

I am signed up with a personal trainer named Arthur. I have PTSD from the military, and he has been so supportive! He has helped me keep on track, and when I slip up, there is absolutely no judgment! Even when I doubted myself, he was kind and helped me feel better! I highly suggest Arthur! Good luck, and have fun!

It’s a nice new location but it’s entirely too packed to get a full workout in and it doesn’t matter what time of day or night you go. The sauna is ALWAYS broken which is ridiculous because they barely have the construction sign up and you go in there and it’s like an icebox.

It has been a little over two months since I started training with Arthur and I couldn't more than satisfy. Arthur is very knowledgeable and dedicated trainer who always push me hard to the maximum. I am are very happy with my progresee so far. Thank you Art.

Not enough equipment always waiting or having to walk to another spot. Broken equipment, and they make you PAY 10$ a month for towel service lol. Other gyms give you towels for free. Only reason they have to charge is cause they have some massive stupid machine (which they pay for) that dispenses them. Ill be ending my membership after the first month.
