Eos on Stephanie & 215 is an awesome gym! Good equipment and great staff! My wife trains with jasmine and is very happy with her training methods and helping her to achieve results! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is willing to put in hard work to achieve a change in their body! I asked them to freeze my account and of course they only froze part of it. I have been being charged for a membership I have not been able to use and was assured by the staff it wouldn't be a problem, and that I could freeze the account until I was ready to come back. I called them.to try and.straighten this out and they referred me to the manager who has yet to return my email. They wouldn't even give me the managers phone number to contact him and try to get things straightened out. It seems to me they are just milking it any way they can. Im really disappointed in this gym and it's management.

I like the gym so far. This gym has all the equipment that I need and more. Best to find the times when the gym is least busy, as it gets crowded. I like the environment of the gym as well. The variety of equipment, the massage room for higher membership, and the other rooms, as well as the huge locker rooms are my favorite part! The staff is either nice and helpful, or…..they dont want to be bothered by you asking them anything. Depends who you talk to. Now things I would do to improve the gym is install a few more of those cleaning stations with napkins as well as hand sanitizers. Its too far to go to some of them, and I know people don't wipe because its too far to walk. and someone else might get the station by the time you walk back and forth. Also, the airflow is not that great, increasing airflow and lower the temp a few notches might freshen the air.Updating my review to 5 stars: The staff is great! However they still need to install more sanitizing stations and fix several workout machines, otherwise I love this gym.

We took advantage of the week-long free trial pass to EOS. The facility itself is quite small & packed. Staff was friendly. There are no windows except at the front, which makes it feel claustrophobic. I did not attend any group classes, but saw an aerobics/dance (?) class on a weekday morning that appeared to have zero space for another human.Cardio equipment was easily available (treadmill, stair climber), but a decent number of machines were out of order. There was a line for weights/little space in weight area. Not nearly enough cleaning stations available/a lot of people were not even bothering or paper towels and/or cleaning solution was out.$10/month seemed reasonable at first glance for a super basic gym, but that doesn't even include group classes, access to the theater room (dark room with large screen TV), sweaty massage chairs (if you dare to use them)...So if you want access to the full gym "amenities"/other EOS locations then the cost is much higher. The menu of costs seemed really bizarre/overpriced for what was actually available. We found another gym with far more amenities (pool, all group classes included, more space, etc) which worked out to $15/mo. and a much better deal in comparison.Thankful for the week-long trial but would not pay to use this gym.

We especially love the kids club at this location! Meri and Nelly are amazing and nurturing with the kids and my daughter is always excited to see them! We go back and forth between 2 locations depending on the day but my 3 yr old is always begging to go to the Stephanie location. Truly appreciate these ladies!

THIS IS ONE OF THE SMALLER LOCATIONS*I WENT FOR TRAINING WITH WEIGHTS AND CABLES**MAY HAVE DIFF OPINION IF YOU HAVE A DIFF TYPE IF TRAINING*Not the best location if you have a “thing” about personal space. Looks nice, but slight claustrophobic feels in certain areas. Tight spacing with benches and machines, and went when Google live said “less busy than usual” smh. The isolated areas also felt compact.Pros:- friendly staff- clean facility in regards to workout floor and restrooms. (trash, spills, etc)Cons:- spacing with weight and cable areas very tight. Felt like everyone was on top of each other.- both water fountains on the workout floor produced warm water and displayed red lights for filter status.

Dirty gym. As soon as you go by the free weights it smells like straight up vaginosis. Then went into the "serenity room" smelt like a middle school gym locker room. I about lost my cookies in the parking lot trying to leave. Not coming back.

I started my journey at EōS in September 2021 with my fitness coach “Allison D” to help me on how to do everything really, I was completely lost before her. Ally showed me how to correct my form and push me while being patient as well. I give all my thanks to her. I’ve not only reached my goal 🎉 but also made a new one. I’m Excited to see how far I go! Very Friendly staff and understanding.

Thank you James A for all your help with the EōS app and getting me squared away! Every time I come to this location the employees are so welcoming and friendly. Seems like a very well put together team. Top-notch service. Looking forward to many future workouts!

This review is for the childcare. My kids (2 and 4) are always so happy to go inside the facility. Meri, Nelli and Dennis are always so sweet and kind when I drop them off. My 2yr old is definitely a mama’s boy, so him running to go play says a lot! I definitely feel safe leaving my kids with them. And I love that it’s always a clean environment!Thank you for being so amazing and taking such good care of my kids while I can enjoy my workout, worry free and do something for myself.
