I workout 4 to 5 days a week and they are always so nice . I have to say they have the most friendly staff always smiling and seem to really care .

The facility is clean and well maintained, with recently updated equipment. I usually visit in the mornings or during lunch. The staff and management are very professional and helpful, and someone always acknowledges me at arrival and departure.

The staff at this location are quite unwelcoming, especially the morning crew. I come to this gym 6 times a week, 4 mornings, 2 afternoons. I only enjoy dealing with the afternoon staff. The 2 women that constantly work mornings are rude, unwelcoming, and honestly the worst part of my workout. Also, they have a new rule where you can't bring in outside equipment, but the morning staff is rarely at the desk when I need to use a bar pad (which is stupidly kept behind the desk).Thankfully, they updated the equipment. I was about to switch gyms when they made the update.

I came from an old school gym and never thought I’d like Planet Fitness. The lunchtime crew changed my mind. Cheyenne and Karla always greet us with a smile and are very friendly to talk to. The gym is always clean, and any equipment that goes down (rare occasion), is fixed very quickly. I’m glad I a decided to give PF a try, and I’m thankful for our lunchtime crew.

I’ve been going to the South Main High Point location regularly for over a year now. The 5AM crowd is amazing. When you see the same people (for the most part) every day you start feeling more and more comfortable and are able to smile and say hello.I love the morning staff! I had made several requests over the last year for more equipment and when they updated our equipment I could tell Carla had listened to every single request I made! Now I can get in and get my workout done so much easier instead of having to carry weights all over the gym to get it done.The facility is always clean too. I see the morning staff vacuuming and wiping down equipment all the time.My experience at this location has been better than any of my commercial gym experiences to date.

It’s very clear if they don’t want you here, they will make it known. I felt very unwelcome and would never go back to this location!Thank goodness there are other locations close to me.Follow up to automated response -I would prefer to speak with someone other than the “Club Manager”. If you would provide me an email or phone number to your corporate office, I feel it would be beneficial.As I stated before, it was very clear we were not wanted in this gym. In a judgment free zone, I shouldn’t feel judged as soon as I walk in.
