Friendly staff, convenient hours and location. I do see staff cleaning everytime I'm there. They live up to the judgement free zone as well. Comfortable environment.

Went into High Point, Nc HWY 68 location was told I had to wear a mask. I had already shown them I had a medical waiver and that HPPA laws allowed me to not disclose why. They told me I was fine. I tanned and then worked out. Then as I was getting ready to leave, a young lady approached me as I was about to leave, I told her I had spoken with management and would contact corporate. She said she didn't care about my HPPA protection or that I would contact corporate. I walk to the front as she called the police, a man came in reeking of marijuana all the front desk people smelled it. They said they didn't care. Would never visit this place again, canceling my membership! And people had their mask down and employees took them down to talk!

Since they've recently opened back up ive enjoyed the 24 hour business hours during the week. I always hated going to the gym during the day due to how busy it can be. So I've slowly started going back because of this and i hope they continue.

One of unfortunate PF locations, poorly staffed with an incapable, insulting employee at check-in who tried to hide behind verbal abuse and rude insinuations since he was unable to do his job. Perhaps poorly trained, and void of class and social skills. Threatened to call police as I challenged his inept abilities. People make the business, and to come across this type of employee who has no business alienating good customers ruins it for Planet Fitness in general.

Love this place. I go here to workout and detox from all the craziness in the world. Its very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is a place where everyone is there for the same purpose. TO WORKOUT AND ENJOY LIFE IN A PLACE THAT IS PEACEFUL!!! THANKS FOR BEING THERE

I am glad I joined Planet Fitness! I tan, work out, and use the hydro machine and message chair. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always cleaning and working hard. I feel rich when I leave there. Lol

I love coming here after work during the week and when I’m off on the wknds. The best of this planet fitness is privacy! The ladies shower very HOT plus it has two curtains one white inside one black outside to keep you warm and conceal. There’s asoft matt on the outer part for slip proof protection and the changing rooms have a lock on the door!

Wonderful to be back in the gym especially during the pandemic. Neat, Clean, & Tidy with sanitation stations for clean up after on equipment. I enjoyed my black card guest trial from my Brother.
