Is it just me are do other dark skin women get mimic. And or intentionally approach by others trying to pick fights. I need to know if other women like me. Gets pressure into some sick secret twisted competition. By someone who's motivation seem to be you. Looked at as if you took something from them. Turning your workout experience into something that wasn't intended, making it all about them. Making your purpose of going to the gym purposely and then you have to find some kind of other escape. Because now it feels like my coworkers/family/neighbor/health are at the gym. Now where the hell can I go. Leave people alone everybody does not think like you or have the same intentions as you as coming to the gym back off.And on the side note yes they do not clean up the restrooms the gym is pretty dirty. but is 24 hours and convenient

I left without finishing my work out the restroom were so filthy and napkins all over the trash can i think the stuff doesn’t care about the cleanliness

There is no bad business but bad leadership and poor management. The manager seems too busy to call for a promised callback for a week. You don’t go ask for him, he will just ignore you. Staff are not familiar with what’s going on and giving out wrong information. The manager just doesn’t care about what’s happening and just focuses on keeping their money. Only one person named Corey at least being polite and tried to help. To be fair, you can say you are busy and need to take care of customers. It’s understandable. But when you ghost someone and just ignore them by not replying back to them and only forced to talk when you got no other options,that’s sad. Me and my family be waiting for a call or email or anything to answer our questions. Just a simple question. But all they can do just give out wrong information about when the manager will be there. We literally have to drive back to Houston and get told that the manager is not even there unlike what they said in the phone only a day ago. Can’t trust no one and seems no one actually wants to take care of problems but dodge them.

Having been a loyal member of this gym for the past year, I have come to appreciate the wide array of exercise machines and the generous amount of space available for workouts. Nevertheless, it is with a heavy heart that I feel compelled to address the persisting issues concerning the performance of both the employees and the management. The consistent lack of cleanliness and maintenance, specifically in the restroom, leaves much to be desired. Furthermore, the workout room mirrors remain in a perpetually smudged and dirty state, and the condition of the floors has progressively deteriorated, accumulating dirt and dust. These concerns not only hinder the overall gym experience but also pose a significant health hazard, a matter of grave concern given the ongoing pandemic.In the interest of the safety and well-being of all gym members, I earnestly implore the management to take immediate and decisive action to rectify these issues. Implementing rigorous cleaning and maintenance protocols is not only a necessity but also a responsibility, particularly in our current circumstances. As paying members, it is disheartening to confront these conditions, and it is only fair that we enjoy a clean and hygienic environment commensurate with our monthly membership fees. Your prompt attention to these matters is not just a request, but a call for accountability and fairness to all members who deserve an immaculate and safe workout space.

Almost all of the equipment is dated especially the machine weights. Some are even non-operational. The bathroom is “icky” , a bit unclean. however, it is an incredibly large gym just needs some renovation.

The manager working during the day is not really helpful, even simple things like that help you charge your dead phone while you exercise find a very difficultHave not seen any business like this before

People are allowed to play their own loud music. Some of which have a lot of cuss words. Don't want to hear this.

I come in the mornings and upon arrival I’m always greeted with a warm welcome from staff member Nina, which sets the tone for a great workout, the environment always smells good and feels peaceful! Special S/O to Nina for always making my trip a pleasant one

I recently joined this gym for the workout classes and went in for the first time and OMG this is the dirtiest gym I’ve ever been in my life. Noone greeted me or even acknowledged that I walked in the front door. Actually the man behind the counter looked as if he purposely ignored me it was really strange to be honest. I actually gasped out loud at the women’s lockers room when I walked in 80% of the restroom stalls were disgusting or overflown with feces and the floors in the locker room were covered in trash. I don’t mean a few pieces of random things I mean FULL of trash to the point I didn’t feel comfortable using the restroom. The mirrors in the classroom were so dirty also. It’s almost like this place has never been cleaned. There were plenty of workers so I really don’t understand how it can be this neglected. I’ve gone to $10 gyma that were pristine but this is actually shocking. I’ll continue to come to the classes but I will wouldn’t dare touch anything. It’s a shame bc it’s such a big gym in a great location.
