Really disappointed in this location. I went in and out very quickly with a guest pass. They told me that the guest pass check in ends at 9pm. Coming from LA I've gotten guest pass for my friends and checked them in at 11pm no problem!!! I'm traveling out of town and for being a long time customer of 24 fitness over 4 years. First was month to month then 4 years straight with Costco membership. The guy told me to renew it by month to month if I want to get in now. Why would I do that? When I gym so much. It makes more sense to commit to the Costco every 2 years. Are you guys that pressured in opening memberships that there's no more good services for long term clients? I recently tried the guest pass for LA fitness here in Houston. Peace out 24. I will not be renewing my membership with you guys when I fly back tomorrow.

The location is very convenient. Great amenities. They are typically clean. All the machines work. Great group classes as well. Every type of equipment you could possibly think of is available in this gym. It is very spacious and very very well equipped. They have a steam room and a sauna as well as a swimming pool and a hot tub. Customer service at the front desk is good most times depending on who is working that day. It sometimes get very packed, and good parking can be hard to find when they have multiple group classes going on. Overall, very good facility.

Leah is really rude and tried to charge us $20 each for a free class. We drove across town for a free Valentine's Day Zumba class that was a community event and could not attend because the woman at the desk, Leah, was rude and incompetent. She gave us a sarcastic "sorry" and basically waited for us to leave. This is a poor reflection on 24 hour fitness and there are plenty gyms in the area that are much more friendly.

I was still deciding between 24 or lifetime Fitness. After entering this location and dealt with the salesman, I decided to return to lifetime. Yes lifetime is more expensive, but this 24 hours fitness proved that it is worth paying more. I just wanted one free trial on a rainy Sunday. The salesman approaches me as if I was his prey. I felt like I was in a fish tank full of shark. They eventually gave me the pass but I left because how uncomfortable they made me felt.

My experience at this club was the absolute worst! The kids club was a major upset. I will NEVER bring my son here ever again. The employee name Eunis is so rude and disrespectful. She talked to be very unprofessionally even in front of one of the managers name Joshua M. She told me to wait outside in a rude manner. She told me I couldn't check my own child out because I didn't check him in! Like!!! Who else checked him in besides me!! She was very rude and condescending. I left a message for the main manager Jeff but guess what, I've never received a call back til this day! Obviously, letting their employees talk to paying customers like they're crazy is ok at this location! Joshua made the situation ok, as the employee began being dishonest in her statement to another manager. I wish they had cameras in the kids club so they can see just how she acted towards me. Please be aware of EUNIS and her terrible attitude, loud talking and lack customer service. Thanks for nothing Jeff! I'd like to speak to someone from corporate!

I honestly cant complain about this location because its way better than the other 24 hour fitness locations ive been to. I've only seen 1-2 machines out of order and they are at least newer machines throughout the gym instead of rusted ones like usual. The employees arnt above average but i could care less long as they leave me alone. I do absolutely love the lady who works in kids club during the day m-f she is the nicest most caring person ive ever seen work in their kids club. She is the only reason i prefer this gym over the other ones. During the day its usually not too crowded but of course none of the larger guys seem capable of reracking their weights so half of the machines i cannot use because i cant lift the weights off. Overall tho this place is decent. I will be coming here the next year til im out of this ridiculous overpriced contract.

I have been to this 24 quite a bit. It has a very big weigh room, basketball court and reasonable sized pool. The courts are always ready with people willing to play basketball. The weight room has plenty of machines, even with multiple of the same machine, so you don't have to wait in line or anything. You just lift at your own rate. The air is always on full blast but you get used to it after a while. Also the equipment is pretty clean. The staff is always ready to help if you can find them.

This gym is awesome!! I have been going here for about a year. I go any time around 10am - 12pm. The employees greet you coming and going and are very friendly. The gym is never over crowded. Some times you do have to wait for a machine you want but not for long but this happens at any gym so no biggie. They recently replaced all the treadmills with new ones. Only thing I would say is they need more free weight stations as this can get crowded fast.

I have been a member of 24 for the longest time now, even worked there as a fitness counselor way back in the day. Love the staff, and the location. The rowing machine is my favorite machine. At times its packed, but heah... its a gym! I am not a fan of their free weight section as the machines are old. They need to be updated. Some are even out dated. You would think that as much money as they make they would have replaced them by now,

The power racks are always tied up. They have three squat racks. THREE! That's it. Pull out some of that other equipment no one uses and add more of the items that are always tied up. It's like this at many of the other 24 hours as well. I'm at the end of my patience and considering switching gyms.
