Thieves operating in the locker rooms, will cut your lock and steal your valuables. Then you get a call from someone saying your wallet was found and offering to return it for a fee. The staff are complicit or don't care, and they won't show you their videos.

This is the steam room!! How do a manager see this and do nothing about it!. 24 hours cleanliness is null and void. Restrooms are always a problem as well.

I have been a member of 24hour fitness for 20 years . But this gym on Westheimer and dairy Ashford is going DOWN it is DIRTY and never have paper towels or anything to clean the machines. last week i was there need it to use the restroom when i got there i notice brown spot on the floor near the toilet and outside the door, It was POOP YES POOP the toilet was filthy , this was the women restrooms , i spoke to some one on the front office they told me that they did NOT have a cleaning lady to go in clean. I could NOT believe it............ People Please do something about it im calling the health department to see this place. People also take things of part and Never put them of part , and many of the people who go there sit on the phone and you need to wait and wait to see if they are going to get off, PLEASE do something about it . Because it is going down down down and the only people who can go there are the ones who do not care. I will call the health department as soon as i can.

You get what you pay for. I'm only giving this gym 2 stars because there's plenty equipment and they do stay fairly fixed most of the time. Rather than that I never see any of the employees walking around to re-rack weights, which makes it difficult sometimes to find what you need and rarely greeted when checking in. Definitely needs to have a deep cleaning and change of management. Hire people who care about their job SERIOUSLY.

Honestly, this place is excellent, chill, and conducive. However, the machines are super dirty, and some are outdated, like broken handles.

This location needs deep cleaning and pest control ASAP. The women's locker room is dirty, several lockers have roaches and the toilet area often has trash everywhere. Please fix this.

Extremely rude staff, front desk ignoring me of my question if my membership is valid or not, staff in locker room bashing everything and everyone in site. Calling everyone filthy and useless. Never coming back

This a good location to get a good workout at however, the spa area need a super, super cleaning job on it. This includes the dry sona, wet area and the wirl pool.Thats why I don't go here anymore.

This place sucks. My car was stolen in the parking lot two weeks ago while I was swimming in the gym. A black guy stole my locker key, and most valuables from my locker, then the car. The gym has video cameras, but doesn’t want to help the police to catch the suspect.This place is not safe. Be careful when you go there. They have a lock cutter visible at the front desk. The front desk often has none around. Thefts can easily open any locker. Most importantly the manager doesn’t care about the safety of customers.

The guy in the photo needs to get fired! He’s very rude and unprofessional.He looks old but I think he’s a kid.24 hour gym HR needs to have better hiring process. him and his buddy seemed totally clueless while giving me attitude. I figured out the issue myself.I see customers don’t talk to him. Because he’s such an ######!On the floor Some guys workout without their shirts on. Absolutely unacceptable. Is not a swimming pool. And the staff don’t nothing.Girls record themselves nonstop. I do not wanna be recorded even it’s against the gym policy no one cares.The saunas are beside the pool, instead of inside the change rooms. Horrible design.Maybe some younger girls don’t wanna walk past the pool and share the sauna with other men. And im saying that as a Man.
