24 Hour Fitness

Hot dam this place is dirty. Had to wait to get home to pee. Love the amount of equipment here , however the upkeep is quite poor. Maybe I’m too dramatic but I consider those things when I pay a membership to anything.

This is an amazing gym. Always clean. The staff is friendly. Their customer service is second to none.

I just signed up for a 3 day pass, and after I showed up there the guy on the counter told me I can't let you in as it has to be in the day time, he was so rude. It's really annoying bcs it doesn't say that on their confirmation email or message. I'm not gonna go back ever again!!

This is the 2nd time I Join 24 hrs GYM mannnn but this time wao! THE CLEANING SUCKS some showers DON'T even work lol ONE shower the water is Running non STOP I TRIED to turn the thing off and NOPE water was Runing Just wasting WATER 💧 for the owners to PAY. The sinks some don't Work at all and 1 Fully Clogged up mannnn dose 24Hr fitness even have SUPERVISORS TO STAY ON TOP OF THE GYM MANAGERS? mannn it really hurts to see a very well known TOP NAME GYM SPORTS 24 HRS FITNESS GO DOWN THE DRAIN. I LOVE MY 24 BUT MAN IT HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN REALLY BAD. I THINK 24 HRS SHOULD HIRE PERSONAL UNDER 24hrsT FITNESS TO COME IN EVERY NIGHT AFTER 12 Midnight TO CLEAN THE GYM DAILY AND KEEP UP THE GYM AND BRING IT BACK TO LIFE.💪 ITS A GREAT GYM TO WORKOUT. O LY THE CLEANING SUCKS BIG TIME.

Staff is super friendly, they have a huge selection of machines; however, they need to take better care of the bathroom and locker room areas. Security is always an issue inside the gym and also in the parking lot. Stuff gets stolen frequently.

Very dirty and the bathroom smells like urine. Paper towels are always running out, not enough spray bottles to clean and the equipment is beat up.Weekends are worse, I guess they dont have a cleaning crew on the weekend.

Everything is pretty old and rusted and feels dirty. The dumbbells are all mixed up and it’s hard to find two of the same weight, there’s atleast 2 barbells missing, there’s no bar clams.. stairmasters have cracked screens and missing buttons/broken handles.. bathrooms are disgusting

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE‼ THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND they have FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Basketball Courts are open from 9am -5pm because someone pulled a gun during the day shift. WHY DOES THE NIGHT SHIFT HAVE TO BE PUNISH IF IT HAPPEN DURING THE DAY? WAYNE THE GM DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A GYM AND WE HAVE TO PAY FOR A 24 HOUR MEMEBRSHIP BUT THE BASKETBALL COURTS ARE CLOSE. I WILL REPORT THIS TO CORPORATE, THE CITY AND THE MAYOR. The gym is filthy with rats and roaches in the saunas, restrooms, and gym areas. This place needs to be shut down!! People take showers with thier urine in the swimming pools and they do not clean the gym properly. THEY NEED TO HIRED SECURITY ANS NOT PUNISH MEMBERS WHO PAY EVERY MONTH TO USE THE BASKETBALL COURTS‼BE AWARE DO NOT GET A MEMEBRSHIP AND DISBUTE THE CHARGES ON YOIR CREDIT CARD. THEY ARE BREACHING CONTRACT WITH ALL MEMBERS.

On Friday, March 18th approximately at 10am. My friend had entered the Fitness Gym and was greeted by the manager Kevin who was rude and had no customer service training. Due to his incompetent behavior, he lost 2 potential clients that could have signed up to become members for 24 hour fitness Sport Gym. My advice to him is, the customer is always right. Side note: No job is ever guaranteed. Not even your loyalty
