The pool water was warm. Got in a good swim. There were 3 to 4 swimmers while I was there.

It’s a cool place to workout but it makes you feel so uncomfortable how dirty it is, they really need to clean this place , it should be flagged for unsanitary conditions and the jacuzzi bleached my bathing suit

Some old and broken machines in a dirty place with poor and unprofessional customer service. You can find several best options for $10. I left this gym five years ago and came back in 2023 to see the same

This gym need more improvement to clean often equipment, restroom and pool. They have nice varity of equipment. Amillio is the best guy who work there, look for him if need help. Others not much helpful.

Women's bathroom is so filthy, dirty and unkepted I had to come out to check if I was in the men's bathroom, also the salmon and steam is littered and dirty , can you guys please hire some professional round the clock cleaners please!!!

Some lady picked up the phone today 12/10/2022 around 2:40pm and said “Walmart”. And I asked was this 24 hour fitness due to her saying “Walmart” and she said “Yeah”. I sometimes go at midnight thinking it would be the same as the afternoons or mornings, but the steam room be off and filthy. That’s where I always go after a good workout. No one was at the front desk too. Overnight staff needs to improve.

I just went to go sign up and the lady upfront was very disrespectful and rude and I can sign up online. I ask for a tour and rudely said they don’t do that unless I sign up and you can tell she didn’t want to answer any of my questions. I’m on a fitness journey and workout at fitness connection but want another place to get my workout in when get out of work late and my gym close. I’m still interested but I want to talk to management about the employees they have their.
