It’s okay for the price. The bathroom in the men’s locker room is DISGUSTING. I mean I feel bad for the employees because of the nasty men that leave it that way, but someone REALLY needs to clean more it more often. I’ve seen used q-tips left around multiple times, as well. Again, I get it. If I worked there I would hate cleaning up after these nasty gym goers but it’s pretty bad.

First time here today. The positives.. Lots of different equipment compared to other locations. Lots of space. They have staff going around and picking up after everyone. Open 24 hours. The negatives.. bad lighting, bad air con and no one racks there weights which is rude AF.

one of my favorite 24 hour fitness clubs. I am giving it 3 stars bc they lock up the cycling room and the big workout room where classes are done. Gym members cant use it outside of classes. Thats not cool especially when other 24 hour fitnesses dont do it. They also dont have certain equipment that I use frequently like the landmine. Apparently it was stolen and they chose not to replace it. All in all, I love this location.

I'll give it a star for being well equipped and another for being a 24 hour gym. Outside of that, no one is held accountable to putting weights back, having even the slightest gym etiquette, there's wadded up paper towels ever where. It could be payed out a hell of a lot better too. 6 squat racks for the largest gym in Houston is absurd.

No wifi, they don't let you use the cycle room which that's the main thing why I sing up because I used to use the spinning bike for my training everyday and the other one with the mirror they close the doors, saunas are mix and small and they charge you an annual fee after 3 month just because I thought an annual it after a year but not they charge after 3 month even if you have a contract for a year stupid ah? Worst gym in the area

Aggressive sales people. High, high traffic. If it's busy time you probably won't get to work on what you initially planned. Could be better maintained from a cleanliness standpoint. The men's locker room feels filthy. I never touch the floor with my bare feet. Shower area sometimes smells like stale urine. If not for it being inexpensive and having a wide array of machines and free weights, I would never come here.

When it comes to gyms, it's a great place! There are a few improvements they could make to make this place even better, such as adding wifi, even if its for a certain level of membership, and adding disinfecting wipes so patrons can disinfect their equipment after each use.

Compared to the other 24 Hour Fitness offerings in Houston this one is mid-range. I've only been in the late evening (right before they close, which is for a business that boasts 24-hour service with their name.) it is usually not crowded. They are not 24 hour. Lots of equipment! A good portion of it needing maintenance. Not a bad place if you are in the neighborhood to pop in and break a sweat if you are a member. I am no longer a member because this is Houston and there are gyms everywhere! Why put up with frustration and disappointment when you don't have to.

Me and my friend was trying to get back to the gym and was looking at both 24hours and LA fitness. signed up for a 3 day pass, went over there after we were called and the staff was so rude and didnt let us in saying it was too crowded; bro are we seeing the same thing i can see empty machines from where i stand, later went to LA fitness and customer service was fantastic, and staff was willing to get us a deal to start up. Glad 24's staff showed us their customer service skills, didnt even read their reviews at first. Horrible Customer service...STAY AWAY!!!

I've been member at this location for around 2 years and hit the gym roughly 4 times a week. I choose to remain a member solely due to the fact that it's around the corner from my home and has a large selection of equipment. If you are looking to become a member at this location this is what you should know, at least in my opinion. If plan on working out between the hours of 10am and 10pm, Monday thru Friday, forget it! This gym starts getting busy after 10am and doesn't slow down. I absolutely refuse to visit the gym in the afternoon, the only suitable time I have found to workout is at 5am. If Working out with the masses, wanna be body builders, randoms off the street and people with poor hygiene doesn't bother you, then this gym is for you.The gym also becomes a mess after the early AM hours, they have one long rack of dumb bells which are never returned and are always scattered throughout the gym. No one bothers to return or un-rack their weights when finished, I've spent more time looking for weights and and waiting on equipment to free up than I do working out (except at 5am, I only have to look for weights). The staff is generally friendly at 5am, they say hi and hangout behind the counter but I've never seen them returning un-used weights to racks or wiping down equipment. It's not like LA or the YMCA where they are always clean the equipment and picking up weights. The facility is basically the same as most gyms, lockers, showers, etc... my biggest complaint here is he dumb hand dryers that are worthless in the locker room. I don't understand how they have paper towels all over the gym to wipe down equipment and then have worthless blow dryers to dry your hands in the rest room. Just put paper towels in the restroom, not hard.I've been a member of several gyms in the past 10yrs from Golds to the Y. This gym gets 2 stars from me based on my experiences. They do well with the large equipment selection but fail on cleanliness, organization, personnel and enforcing any type of rules.
