24 Hour Fitness

This place is spacious and accommodating even during peak hours. However, it is packed with rude, racist, obnoxious and frankly uneducated staff members throughout the day but mostly the worst of them show up on night shifts. You can easily walk into the gym without checking in and the staffs wouldn’t even notice because they are busy running through their phones instead of showing positive customers service engagement. It is disappointing and frankly unfortunate that the second largest fitness chain in the United States based on revenue has no employee training, standards and expectations. I will be sending my findings to Sculptor Capital Investments LLC, Monarch Alternative Capital LP and Cyrus Capital Partners LP for review and improvement.

I love how spacious it is but the place is a dump. The culture there has everyone just dumping weights everywhere and leaving messes. No one wipes anything down. I think it’s due to how the staff is a single person at the front that never gets up from their chair. People see them not care, so they don’t care. Easily the most filthy and least cared for gym I’ve ever been to.

I’m giving this place a 2 only because the gym is nice and spacious but the bathroom is filthy, weights everywhere, the people in the “front” are basically random dudes just sitting there meaning mugging you. Eventhough I’m not too keen on gym greetings, still at least be, look ,or even act a bit more professional or welcoming. I’ve been to other 24s and this location is definitely the least taken care of.

Every time I go i have a lot of fun. Very clean and quiet. Also the basketball court is my favorite! Although i wish the hoops were bigger

During covid, you'd think the people who work at 24H would make at least an effort to enforce the mandatory mask mandates issued by Harris County. But why would I except the employees to enforce the law when they themselves wander around the gym without masks?When we have to shut down again, it'll be, in part, because those working Tuesday evening at the Dairy Ashford 24H think they're apparently too good to follow the damn law.

This gym is never open. They never answer the phone either so good luck trying to call ahead of time to see if they are open. This gym has gone down hill so bad in the last 12 months. I recommend everyone start at least looking for a new gym. LA Fitness is good.

The Galleria location was very disappointing, they have rules now that they never had before like you have to make a n appointment to use the dry sauna or jaccuZi and the girl at the front desk never said a word about it when I checked in, and then she had the nerve to get offended when I asked her about it when I was leaving, and actually got very nasty with me. This will be reported to the Club Manager

Dairy Ashford location: Wide gym. Lots of equipment. Yet don’t be surprise on starting your workout on an equipment that doesn’t work properly. If y’all won’t fix it. At least put out of service. It’s annoying for members. Never had this problem with other 24 hour gyms.

Came to the gym today and I feel more intense then another gym I was at. I used to go to one in San Diego so I feel like I am home again in the gym. The staff is superb they are Xtra Xtra good with me. The manger looks like Drake also.

24 hr Dairy Ashford is a great gym. Since reopening they have put a lot of equipment in and now it's sort of crowded with equipment. Not sure they are 6 ft apart anymore. Gym didn't feel clean either. Staff were not enforcing mask mandate by city and county.
