I like the gym space for what I use it for. In the future, I feel it's best business practice not to question a member's form of training when they are not asking for help especially as a trainer. It's really not another person's business what someone else is training or not training. Honestly, it's rude. When a person workouts out, they do it for their own personal reason whatever that may be. Leave people alone and keep unsolicited advice to yourself. I don't see anyone who is struggling and obviously that needs the help getting any of this unwarranted advice. It's really irritating when people don't know how to stay in their lane.

not letting me do a 3 day trial pass just because I’m a college student who apparently “doesn’t live in Houston” is absolutely ridiculous. I live here for 6 months of the year and I’m a permanent resident of Houston. I’m going to need a gym membership this summer but I can’t even use this 3 day pass to see if I like the equipment and the environment before I buy one this summer (which is less than 2 months away)!! Isn’t that the whole point of a pass? They said I HAD to buy a membership, which you pay by the month, before I had even seen the facilities. The manager was honestly very condescending, probably because I’m young, but I understand how these things work and I completely am within the terms and conditions to use the pass. I’m sure the gym is nice, but the staff not so much.

I checked out the 24 hour at Rice Village this morning and it was night and day compared to the Midtown location. It was clean on the workout floors. The locker room could've used some attention but was not filthy and beat up like Midtown. The shower area was about average but also could've used some attention. I will check the Richmond location before I make a decision to join.

I love this location. They have a pool and sauna downstairs, a basketball court on the third floor, and free weights and machines and a faux grass patch for pushing. Friendly staff at the front desk.I got any time of day or night. Female Locker room is clean. Gymgoers are cool too.

I used to go to the gym on Louisiana but they had a lot of issues I was not willing to deal with during a pandemic. This location however is so much better. I have seen the staff cleaning the equipment and addressing patrons that are not wearing a mask. I have not had any issues getting the equipment I wanted when I was ready for it. Very happy with this location!

Dirty, equipment was not clean. I walked in for a 3-day pass and the male worker at the front desk kept walking by and watching me intensely while I worked out which was immensely creepy to say the least. I noticed this was not the case with the members in the gym, only me. I understand the need to hit your goal for the week on sales, but this next level watching is NOT ok. I felt like I was being stalked. Not returning. The environment was ok, lots of machines and members, but the absurd act of walking by every 5 minutes and staring at me is uncalled for and unprofessional.

The one in Rice Village is disgusting weight room area especially. The men's locker is filthy. And by the way, it's not 24 hours. They replace nets on the basketball court maybe a month after needed. The sauna is disgusting. All the basketballs are lopsided.

This 24 hr fitness been charging my account $45.00 a month for last two months and the gym been closed down during the pandemic. They say I have to come in to cancel. Can’t cancel over phone. So to happen the day I went to cancel they closed down like two months ago but still been charging acct. They will not reimburse you and the people that work there have no power to fix this problem. So at the end of the day: 24 hr fitness is charged me $90.00 total for time they been closed during pandemic and will not refund me my money they stated even if I cancel. And believe me good people. This is exactly what happen!Wow!!

Aside from having my locker broken into in April 2019, it has been a fine club. I lost my credit cards, $200, and driver’s license, but the club personnel acted like it was none of their business. I had to call the police, but they did let me use the phone. Since then, I don’t leave anything in my locker. I enjoyed their towel service until that was stopped. But, it is reasonably clean. The pool is nice. Parking is OK.
