4 stories, always get on a bench here. Beautiful lap pool, very clean. Absolutely love the cardio room, upstairs as it is roomy and fun. The showers and locker rooms are like a hotel!

This place sucks! Do not ever go there! I got a free pass and I came here at 9:15pm. The sales manager was here he told me that I can not let you in because you came after 9pm. So the thing is when you come to 24 hour fitness you aspect that you can go anytime because it's a 24 hour gym. Turns out that you have to be here before 9pm if you have free pass. Well it was not written there when I got my pass and how do I know that if It's not written there. And I'm already there to go to gym. I'm a customer and I'm not satisfied at all. Poor customer service, poor staffs. Don't like it at all. Never going to consider this gym as my work out place!!!!

Relatively nice gym with a whirlpool, friendly staff, and good classes. However, the layout is weird (4 floors with bathrooms only in the basement and the top floor); parking is a nightmare during peak times; the sauna and steam room are unfortunately by the pool, clothed, and co-ed, instead of being inside each locker room (men's vs women's); the AC is waaaay too cold. Not enough benches and mirrors in the men's locker room. The doors in the showers get moldy and smelly (they should just be removed altogether, as curtains would get equally nasty; mold and fungi are gross and unsanitary); water in the swimming pool is often freezing during fall and winter before they make up their minds to start heating it. Landscaping is precarious. I went to this gym for at least half a decade. Whenever I gave suggestions for improvements (a new rope pull down machine for the entire upper body, wooden-slate jogging machines that protect your knees, thicker and larger mats for stretching, a climbing cardio machine, etc.), I was repeatedly ignored, even by the manager. I never got a response to my e-mails or an explanation as to why the proposed improvements weren't possible.

I have been a member of this club for many years. lately, they seem to be incapable of making it a decent place to work out. many machines are not operating properly, and when you reported to the front desk, they always tell you they are aware of the situation but they stayed broke for many weeks. some precors and stairmaster are not operational; the one that works, either audio or video is not working. Either either they don't care enough to get them fixed or they are not getting the repair persons who know what they are doing. another major issue is the swimming pool.. for the past two months or so, the water is either overflow, or under level or dirty. there is always something wrong with the pool. I have complained so many times that I simply gave up. the people that managing this club DO NOT CARE. it is very frustrating and disappointing. I am seriously looking for other club to join.

Nice gym but I was very disappointed in the front desk customer service. I went yesterday for a guest pass because I was interested in the gym. The young woman during a night shift had a poor attitude and did not seem eager to help us in getting faster service. She was texting at some point and after 20 minutes she decided to call somebody. Somebody finally came down, but at that point I was already disappointed in the customer service and had lost interest. We had to wait 35 minutes for customer service in a gym that was practically empty during that time.

Came to this gym cause I was out of town for the day and needed to get my workout in. I have a sport level membership that I have had for probably the past 4 years and then even longer before that as part of a family membership. Not only have I been a long time member but I've also been an employee of the company as well. While I didn't know it was super sport before getting there I didn't think it would be a big deal to go in to get a single workout. The first girl was going to let me in for a complimentary workout, like anywhere else would, but then another chick jumped in a revoked it. They said that I had already used my apparently "once in a lifetime" super sport free workout and could not have another, which I know for a fact isn't even how it works. Despite all of this, they were very rude and I was turned away unless I wanted to pay basically the equivalent of an extra membership fee to workout one time, that total Bull$&@! When you have a loyal customer and former employee who needs to get one freaking workout you don't make a big deal about semantics you do the appropriate thing and keep the client happy. If I was new to 24 hour this would have turned me off completely but I know there are much better locations with WAAAY better staff. One of the main reasons I use 24 is because they're very prevalent and open 24 hours and I can have access to a gym wherever I travel and don't have to pay to get in to another gym. This totally screw up that core ideology. I'm just so pissed off at this location it's not even funny. Worst experience ever and didn't even get passed the door.

First time at the location. Parking was little crazy. I enjoyed the selection of free weight and machines. Spacious and even had punching bag. The club was separate into multiple levels. Only thing I didn't like was the basketball court it was awkwardlymade

This is my regular gym, meaning that I spend a lot of time here. It is a fine gym, one if the best offerings from from 24 Hour Fitness, featuring towel service, a huge selection of weight-training and cardio equipment, as well as a pool, basketball courts, and spin bikes with recently calibrated cyclometers. Staff is friendly and helpful, and excellent personal training is available. However, this is a big gym run by a big corporation, meaning that there is a certain, rather impersonally pecuniary feel to the membership arrangements. The big-gym character is also evident in the sometimes slow maintenance of the equipment, but they do a good job given their size.Overall, this is a high-quality gym. It is not a resort hotel; it is an excellent place to get sweaty fit and strong.

The equipment here always seems to be broke down. The steam room has now been broke for two weeks also there was no hot water for a week here, so after my work out couldn't take shower unless I wanted a cold shower. The timeliness of maintenance issues here are unsatisfactory. I would go to another location that is closer but the other gyms are more crowded so that's why I come to this one. Might just cancel my membership altogether. Also the staff in late evening seems to never be at the desk. I think I could get better service else where. Don't waste your money signing up with membership. I pay $42 for all club membership but when I first started my membership again 2 years ago I was only paying $31 including tax an did increase after 2yr plus still charge me $50 annually.

Edited review after months of annoyances: Gym closes at irregular hours, despite it being a 24 hour gym; gym equipment is consistently unclean; multiple showers are broken or they have no control over the water temperature; multiple lockers are broken or they've clearly been broken into; towels literally pile up because no one washes them.I also want to point out that this is a review on ownership/management of the building - NOT individual employees. I've generally had nothing but pleasant interactions with the front desk and personal trainers.
