24 Hour Fitness

I started coming here right after they reopened and I don't know if it's because the employees are excited to be back or if this is how it normally is but I love the energy they bring early morning! Each and every one of them greet you in and manage to keep the gym clean even throughout the hour reservation. Also, the equipment they have gets the job done! I walk out of there with a successful work out and a smile on my face. I will most definitely be coming back to this location even if it isn't the club I normally go to!

Filled with discrimination and racist acting white people that i can not tolerate. One of the worst locations and i hate it. People need to do better ! It doesn’t matter what area it is located in, whoever walks through that door should be greeted and respected and i did not feel that along with many others that i know that’s been there. It’s quite sad actually because what are you mad at? We pay just like everyone else to be here but the employees don’t see it that way. There needs to be a change of staff

They have the equipment you need. It’s sometimes overwhelmingly busy to a point hat you don’t want to deal. The trainers, not sure where they were trained but they have no clue what they’re doing. They let people use horrible form and don’t push the people who need to be pushed. Also, what don’t you people understand by the overhead announcement, “it’s time for employees to clean up and put the weights away.” Are you lazy or don’t understand how your job works? Come to think this may be a one star place. Also, Cardio equipment breaks all the time and stays broken forever.

I’d like to give a Big Special Recognition to Kristi here at the 24HR location @ 2500 Dunstan Rd. location.Kristi’s always welcoming you with a smile and has been extra helpful towards me, as I’m sure she’s with other members of the gym to motivate and keep you inspired to come workout. Kristi knows the 24HR products and she’s willing to go that extra mile to keep you in the gym. I appreciate your help and that little push to get it done, your personality is Gold. Thanks for being just you !

Nice equipments for cardio and great location for Kaplan students. The only problem is that I lost my iPhone earpiece and reported about it but never got it back. More security cameras needed. Most of all, thanks to Kristi who is very kind and helpful in membership issues

They're "going green" by discontinuing towel service (whole company). Of course, there's no decrease in price. Take your money elsewhere. What corporate jackass thinks a gym with no towels is a good idea. Sweaty people, not wiping down equipment, showers and steam rooms where you have to bring towels from home?!?

5-18-19 Customer value just fell off a cliff. Towel service: ended, and it's not due to "going green" - just cutting expenses. Parking security: gone. Notices in locker room advising of string of thefts there and in parking lot, with no 24 Hour Fitness effort or care to address. AC set higher (to help us sweat more??). Staff members missing. One thing unchanged: the monthly membership dues in this "Super Sport"-labeled club on Google Maps. STAY AWAY!!!

They discontinued the towel service for "environmental" reasons, which may or may not benefit the environment, because even if people bring in their own towel, those towels will be washed using detergent/water/electricity anyway. Fancy name for cutting costs. They announced this would happen on June 1st but it actually happened earlier than that. When I asked for a towel on May 25th, the front desk staff told me that "all towels walked away" with an attitude but I could purchase one from them if I wanted. There is no reduction in monthly fees although a lot of people signed yearly contracts for a service package which included towel service.

Horrible customer service, waited 20 min to get a tour while the trainer that greated me said to wait, I saw him walk back just to hit on these 2 girls (tour is requir to activate a 3 day pass), when I asked for directions to the lockers to skip that tour or get the tour later the front desk guy replied with attitude and said I had to wait because of the requirements policy and he cannot tell me where the lockers are at this point I had already taken my pre-workout and had stepped in there 40 min earlier total waiting time. I think I was VERY PATIENT to have waited this long so I pulled out my phone and ordered my uber, I kept getting annoying calls for about 10 days. I absolutely recommend not going to that place, save yourself the stress.

I wanted to public thank Kris, the asst gen manager for her help yesterday. After arriving at the gym with my kids I was informed that there was not enough space at Kid's club to accommodate them. Initially I was told there was no one to help, but in speaking with her she said let me see what I can do. Within minutes, I was able to work out as planned. As a father, one way I model health and fitness to my kids is by letting the see the importance of regular exercise. I reminded my kids yesterday the importance of regular exercise and how kid's club allows me to practice what I preach. Thank you Kris for coming through for me and my family yesterday.
