24 Hour Fitness

So far this is the cleanest pool I've been in and you actually see them come in twice a week and clean it as well as the locker room

Great facility...they even take walk-in guests....

Someone broke into my car in the garage and stole my wallet in the console compartment with my military & civilian ID and all my credit cards. I got alerted while working out when I received a notification from one of the banks I use asking if I approved a second charge. Over $2k were charged on my 4 cards.When I went down to report the situation after seeing my car, the gym agent was barely paying attention to what I was saying and was not compassionate at all about the situation, basically he made understand he didn’t care. And in general before this situation happens, I have noticed they are very rude and not welcoming at all in front desk. They shouldn’t be there if they don’t like their job!!!!!That same night, there was another guy in the garage who also had his car broken in and items stolen. We basically waited 3 hours for the Police to show up for a report.When I talked to the security agents of that block, they told me this situation has been happening in both garages used by 24 hour fit, and just last week a dozen of cars had the same situation, even in the middle of the day.I think the gym should communicate about this situation to members and simply install security cameras, knowing this situation is frequent.I started going there 4 months ago, I used to go to LA fitness with very safe garages and security around all the time. If I hadn’t paid my membership for an entire year, I would have canceled that. I won’t go to that location anymore.

The Midtown location used to be my go-to when I wanted I a nice workout sesh before hitting 3rd ward but I found out today that they're permanently closed. I'm gonna chill on this (Rice Village) location after tonight. Found used condoms in the MEN'S locker room shower🤢🤮 other than that the facility was decent.Oh yea....some other strange bird was walking around with a cat in his backpack in the locker room and the damn thing meowed in his bag outta fear or hunger smh....

Large 4-story gym with plenty of equipment and friendly staffThe first floor features a pool, large hot tub, sauna and steam room and a guided training area. The second floor has plenty of weight machines and a yoga area. The third floor has a basketball court, dance studio, and all the cardio machines. The basement has separate locker rooms, a spin studio / flex room.Overall, the equipment isn’t the newest or nicest but gets the workout done. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Great for everyone all ages. Different ones are cleaner and nicer than others but all in all it's a+.. can be difficult to walk around in weight areas

Rice Village and Voss are the 2 best 24 hr in Houston. Very clean. Great staff. Equipment at both locations is well maintained.Rice is now back open 24hrs.Voss has strange new hours.Galleria is back to 24 hrs but seems to be overly crowded at all times.

Great equipment. Helpful friendly staff. Members are respectful, relaxed. And it's clean.

Big thanks to Big Ron for the best costumer service he gave me.But! The gym lacks many things and the most important thing is being clean, most of the equipment are rusty and not functioning well.The starts only for BiG Ron, I would make it 5 out of 5 for him only, but the facility isn’t properly cleaned and maintained.
