Terrible experience! I wanted to change from a yearly to a monthly membership. However, they did not process it and I have been charged for a yearly membership. Be careful y'all!

The place was decent 5-10 years ago. But since then it’s filthy everywhere from inside the locker rooms to the gym floor. Also so many things are broken inside the locker room such as sinks and vents as well as cardio and weight lifting equipment.Aside from all that to make things worse, the clientele here as really changed, so much so that my vehicle passenger side window was broken almost 2 weeks ago and my lunch bag with nothing in it was stolen even though it was hidden on the floor of the car. It’s odd because this location is located in a nice part of Houston in rice village (I live in West U) but the gym draws people from not nearby.Finally what’s most irritating is watching countless people parking in handicap spaces every single day I go there. And I realize I’m some cases handicaps aren’t immediately evident but I’m willing to wager 90% of the people parking there and putting up their blue handicap signage are fraudulent, seriously irks me to see that.YMMV but I’d steer clear of here till it hopefully one day closes and another gym with a more premium price point replaces it.

pros- this is a 24 hr gym with lots of machines, classes, a sauna, steam room, pool, etc. easy parking. other gyms in the area are not open late like this. cons- the employees are nice most of the time but they can give you the runaround. they should seriously spend their spare time monitoring interaction, cleaning, and refilling cleaning supplies. all of the machines need a serious deep clean (lots of dust and gunk on them and underneath, and they STINK- yes- the stair masters actually emit a terrible odor). in the evening it is SO PACKED (5pm or later except on weekends)- it can get messy and smelly. ~~PLEASE~~ do something about the flock of teeny boppers who come in and yell, horseplay, and disturb other members.

Pretty cool. Men’s bathroom is always nasty. Smells like urine/waste. The gym floor is clean and nicely maintained.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m starting to notice this place get unsanitary. The stairs in the basement to go up to the pool smells like MUST! possible mold and mildew. The ceiling in the workout room in the basement is extremely full of dust. The pool made me get an itch all over my body for a week and gave me pink eye. It’s a beautiful gym for them to stop maintaining it. They need to deep clean this gym

This gym is way too crowded and way too hot. If you go during peak hours be ready to wait to use any machine and good luck finding weights. The AC also seems to be broken its way too warm for a gym. If you plan on going to the gym early morning or late at night it will be fine, otherwise I wouldn't recommend.

Went in for my first session and first impression is everything for me. Britain was the worst unwelcoming staff and occupied af. No thanks

Great clean environment wonderful people super outstanding

Nice size gym and amenities. Some dated cable machines but all functional. Front desk team is very helpful.

Now that membership has doubled, they’ve removed weights from the main floor. Why take away when the gym is already over crowded.Also the parking garage reeks of urine and it’s been trekked inside the gym.
