So I just found out that this “24 hours” gym is going to be another victim of the “ we close at midnight”.This is a gym in a great location, on Richmond Avenue, you have Post Oak Blvd in the corner, the Galleria Mall is two streets away, 610, 59. And still, they decided to transform this gym into a “19 hours fitness”.What bothers me the most is that I feel as if the company doesn’t care about the customers. A lot of people go late at night because during the day they just can’t, simple as that. This is a bad decision. Before, I could walk to the gym, now I have to drive more than 10 minutes to a sketchy neighborhood.Needless to say, I cancelled my membership.Great, well done!

24 Hour is such a great place to work out! It’s nice, clean and the staff is very friendly. Especially Jonathan! He is super kind and always welcomes us into the gym with a huge smile😸 They are really strict with Covid guidelines, which I love! Wear your masks people😷 …

Definitely a decent gym to work out but when you pay LA fitness prices, I expect LA fitness level of cleanliness and equipment management. Another shameful thing is how often the employees forget to show up to open the gym at 5am. People that work out at 5 do so because that’s what will work best for their schedule and waking up early to work out only to see that the gym is not open, despite waiting 15-20mins is quite disappointing, especially at a TWENTY FOUR HOUR Ftiness.

This gym is dirty, the music is too loud, in general poorly managed.I signed up because I like to work out after work, at around midnight. I enjoyed swimming some laps before going home. But now they close at 9pm, I'm not sure why it's still called the 24hr fitness. Not only they close early but the increased my membership fees.

I was harrassed by one of the personal trainers. He did this in front of one of his clients. He was a young man with a cross ear ring my have been of middle eastern dissent. I was spoken to in a very disrespectful and rude manner. I am disabled and have never felt so shamed in any of my visits to this club. I will try to get his name next time he bothers me. I would just like to be treated with dignity and respect. Please inform this employee this is not how you conduct business and treat other human beings. He is creating a hostile environment at the gym for me. I served my country in a civil capacity and I just want to come to this gym so I can lose weight and feel good. I do not want to be harrassed. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I come to Houston for business often so I was thinking about signing up at 24 hour fitness (this location in particular). First of all, they close at 11pm which is weird because it’s called “24 hour fitness” so what exactly is 24 hours about this place? The mustiness perhaps. Anyways, I went in on a day pass and oh my it was horrendous. The equipment is ancient. It was also very dirty. I wasn’t able to get a good workout here due to the faultiness of the equipment. Please update this gym!! Front desk lady was nice though.

Face covering mandates not being enforced at all, simply empty threats over the PA related to them being a requirement or you'll be asked to leave, but nobody's actually enforcing it at all. Good thing this guy's chin's properly protected 🙄.Facility in decent shape all things considered.

The General Manager Travecia is horribly rude and unprofessional. As a manager, her customer service and communication skills lack professionalism, empathy and quite frankly she is the reason I will not be returning to this location and I am considering cancelling my membership altogether because of the disrespectful experience.

While I was actively going to this location, towel service was cut as a “green initiative”. I call that Bs. They have also changed their hours so they’re not even open 24 hours/day, the entire premise of the company. On top of that, I’ve gone weeks without hot water in the showers. I am very disappointed with this location.

I really enjoy coming to this 24 Hour Fitness. They have all the equipment you need for a good workout and the staff is very helpful, especially the manager, Tra'Viecia. They have plenty of free weights, the machines all work, and they have some new treadmills. With COVID-19 the machines are kept clean and they have plenty of paper towels, spray sanitizer, and hand sanitizer. I've had a very good experience here.
