I love the facility and all the perks of being a black card member! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and gives a warm welcome every day, which makes me feel valued. I feel the membership pricing is competitive and fair! I've only been with PF for 2 weeks, but I've gone every single day and always can't wait to go back.

Wide variety of cardio machines. Cable weight systems are old and need maintenance, some stations have been down for weeks.Relatively clean given the number of patrons

Love the staff just a great environment all in all! I go workout with my daughter and massage and then tan.We make a day out of it.I never thought I would enjoy working out so much! Thanks Planet Fitness..

I've only been here as a guest but it really is a nice place. The employees are very kind & will help you out & answer any questions that you need help with. The equipment works incredibly & you can get a great work out from them

Be careful! I'm on disability and get paid one a month and always make sure to have my membership dues available on the 16th as per my contract. Well thus morning I check my bank account (2-1-18) and I'm over drawn by 46$. They attempted to take the $ on the first !!! After talking to home gym got no help... I don't get paid till the 3rd and I'm sure I'll get another overdraft fee by then... I moved a year ago to Ga and have tried to cancel my contract at the end of my 1 year agreement it's impossible! My not seem like much to most but when your on a very low fixed income it's a lot..

Love going to the gym. I love the atmosphere of planet fitness my only complaint is I wish they would hold up to the standards of clothing being worn. I don't really care to see women wearing stuff that doesn't cover them. Other than thought my favorite gym.

Very large center with lots of treadmills and workout equipment. This place had something for everyone. I really enjoyed my time working out here. The staff is usually busy, but is quick to check you in.

I called to get my membership stop due to in between jobs they told me I had to come in person. So by the time I went to go they told me I had a balance that had to be paid off. Never told me that on the phone. So tried to work something out but she refused to stop my direct payment till paid off. She was kinda rude about it. So I told her when got back on my feet will get it straighten out and then restart it back up. But instead of being a little nicer I was upset and left. She had no heart at all. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone was better then she was. So instead kept coming out of my account cause it a overdraft. Which now I owe more then it should be. Now I have no idea what I owe before I can go back. They need a better person there to talk to. It be nice to start up again

I decided to go here on Easter Sunday for a quick workout before dinner with my family. Little did I know this was one of the worst decisions I was ever going to make. Long story short I got a fungal infection from the equipment and am now dealing with a rash that has spread from my waist to my legs and up around both the front and back sides of my torso. This has been receiving treatment for just over a week and is finally just now starting to taper. Would not recommend this facility. Go elsewhere.
