Tragic when you get up early to exercise before work and travel to this place for it to be closed with the lights off at 6:30am when it is supposed to be open at 5am. Nobody has time for that, get it together, hire better help.

Lot of equipment for any type of workout that you have in plan, great customer service, you can ask for fitness coach, many plans for quality group workouts, big parking lot.

It’s about 4/10/23. I had to wait for 1 hour and gym still didn’t open at 6:30am even though notice says it will open at 5am. Went back to home disappointed.

Terrible serviceI have made reservations for the total body enhancement on three separate occasions; only to be told that my time had been flipped with another customer or another costumer has gone in with my appointment. I have always shown up at the counter to check in before the set time and it keeps happening. What’s the point of setting an appointment of it’s not kept

Great location for me. Systems that ran the tanning beds and massage chairs were down recently for 7-10 days and and air dryer in men’s locker room has been down for a month. The stationary bikes and elliptical machines are almost all missing a cup holder or two. The bikes need some maintenance as at least one seems to have a gear stripped and makes a knocking noise. Friendly staff and clean location. Overall good, just needs a little more attention to detail and TLC on equipment.

The restrooms stinks and are always so dirty. Not enough paper towels and disinfectant spray. Poorly maintained.

Simple and easy check-in. Employees were very nice. Equipment was nice and clean as well as locker room. Bathroom facilities could be a bit cleaner. Any non-working equipment was clearly marked and all machines had clear instructions and were easy to use. Definitely gonna come back.
