Staff don't know anything about fitness.Every time I asked them a question,I either got a very silly answer,or they stared at me.Last time I asked them a simple question,both staff members behind the counters looked at me,and just stared without answering.In the end, I just said, "Okay, well thank you anyway."Then I walked out and they were still quiet.

I love working out at planet fitness. It's so enjoyable, I look forward to my workout every single day. After I joined I got into running 5Ks and now I run half marathons. In all, since I've started working out at planet fitness, I've lost 90 pounds!!!

Outstanding gym. The price is amazing, and it's huge! Lots of space and lots of workout equipment. I always see workers cleaning the equipment often. Customer service is amazing. Love this gym.

Very friendly staff, the black card is a great deal! You get unlimited tanning, hydromassage usage, massage chair use, and use of the new total body machine. There's even a personal trainer there who can help you reach your fitness goals!

I took my first tour today. I was brought in by the claim of $10 a month with no contract. The equipment was good, the idea of classes and a trainer available was good...but it's a scam.Sure...it's $10 a month AFTER you pay the $39 annual fee. The annual fee is due in Feb. Today is Oct. Pay $39 today and then pay again in just 4 months!And...you required to provide your bank account info for that money to be automatically deducted. So, you have to CANCEL your membership if you don't want to pay that month. And if you want to come back the next month, you have to pay $39 again.How is that "no contract"? Liars. LA Fitness may cost more per month, but they are up front with everything and have better amenities to offer. I will not support scamming companies. Nothing but a bunch of double - speak.

I attend this Planet Fitness at least three times each week. The staff is friendly and comfortable to interact with, and seem to genuinely enjoy their time there. The equipment is kept clean and there are always enough cardio machines for everyone. Nobody tries to talk to me while I have my headphones in. My only complaint is that there are a lot of news TV's on, so they can be hard to avoid. Otherwise, this is a great Planet Fitness and a great casual gym.

After many years of having access to my employer's fitness center I didn't really know what to expect in my first venture into a private run fitness club. After researching most of the available club choices I decided to first try Planet Fitness...and I have had absolutely no regrets. There is plenty of equipment and I have never had to wait for anything. I have also been impressed with how conscientious patrons are to "wipe down" their equipment after use. My final two thoughts are that the working staff at are extremely friendly and that I believe Planet Fitness to be a tremendous value.

Love the atmosphere here and overarching theme of "no judgement". If you don't have need of a locker, they have coat racks and a key hooks by the front desk - super handy! I've never had anything stolen. Everyone I've encountered here is friendly, from the staff to the members. Very nice facility with lots of extra add-on benefits at reasonable costs. They always have a bowl of Tootsie Rolls on the counter as a treat on your way out!

Always clean and nice staff! the new 360 machine is awesome. the monthly rate is very nice. i have the black card for $20 a month. watch out for the annual fee, but they make you aware of that at sign up. other than that, great value!
