I had a great experience at Athletico. My PT developed a rehabilitation plan for my shoulder injury. With his help, I am able to resume my normal activities. Highly recommended.

My physical therapist, Matt developed a rehab plan after I had rotator cuff surgery. The rehab plan he developed was very comprehensive and reconditioned my shoulder to almost 100%. Matt is a very very thorough and is a caring therapist. I would highly recommend him for physical therapy rehabilitation.

I decided on Athletico from reading the reviews. They definitely follow covid-19 regulations. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.I can't say enough for Matt's knowledge on cervical dystonia. I went questionable on what my life was going to be like to a non questionable. I now know that with the pain from cervical dystonia you have ways of trying to keep it under somewhat control. Matt has shown me excercises that I can do at home. I bought suction cups similar to the ones that were used on me, and eventually going to buy a Cervical Neck Traction that was used as part of my therapy. Matt provided me the information from Amazon. I will soon be discharged after being there for a month. As I walk out that door I will walking out with more if a positive attitude about my disease.I highly recommend anyone that needs physical therapy to check out Athletico Physical Therapy east.

Brandilynne was an amazing therapist for my concussion and TBI recovery. She was knowledgeable about my condition and helpful in easing pain and tension in my body from my accident. If you're looking for a capable, motivating, and gentle therapist, Brandy is the one to see.The facility itself is nice and well kept especially with all the COVID restrictions. I never felt unsafe or that protocols weren't being met. The front desk staff were always welcoming and friendly.

I love this place for many reasons. First off it is so clean and following all covid 19 regulations. staff is wonderful and seem very knowledgeable with my concerns of pain. It's very easy to find and located really close to home for me so that is a bonus. I've been coming here now for 3 weeks and already starting to feel some relief. If you're looking for a PT facility I'd recommend checking this location out first. No problems with accepting my insurance either. Keep up the awesome work everyone.

This place is fantastic for physical therapy! Brandie and Matt were super helpful, kind and knowledgeable throughout the process. After a few months my lower back pain was almost entirely gone! I learned a lot of exercises that will be helpful for the rest of my life. Shelbie at the front desk is also super great! Highly recommend.

Brandi was my therapist for plantar fasciitis. She treated me with kindness, patience and respect. In treating my foot she was professional and sensitive to my pain. I believed she was very knowledgeable in prescribing stretching exercises for my foot. The staff and other therapist were friendly also. I highly recommend Athletico Iowa City East to anyone who needs physical therapy.
