Updating my review as my previous one was about the old location. I am still giving it a 3 star and its purely because its a new-ish location.Gym floor: 4 starsWeight machines and bikes: 3 starsLocker room / showers: 2 starsSaunas/steam/hot tube: 3 starsIts super crowded in peak hours but does get slight less crowd later, after 10pm. I am not a fan of the new type of bikes they have here. The placeholder for the phone is way too low. But numbers of bikes, treadmill and stairmasters are adequate. There are always available bikes but treadmills and stairmasters are more popular. Probably because bikes are lined up in front of treadmills and stairmasters. I am not a fan of where everything is placed in this gym. Now, I am not sure if the gym ever gets cleaned. Being a 2 months old gym, it does not age well. The locker room floor are no longer white ish. More blackish. Men's bathroom already needs repair. Showers, as some said, always full of hair. I am not talking about a few shedded hair like everyone's bathroom at home. It's like someone is on a chemo with hair fallen out. They are in EVERY shower stall?!?!? every time I used the shower in the last month or so. But again, I go late at night so this may be why its always dirty. Lastly, I have only used Sauna and Steam a couple times and they are not very hot and I don't dare to sit down in them. Like all gyms, there is never any reinforcement of no street clothes or shoes allowed. The hot tub seemed to be shut down after 12am so I never get to use it. I do missed the outdoor tube from the old location. Overall, it's an okay place go in and out for light exercise and workout. But again, I hope there is a planet fitness close by, If I don't get to enjoy the sauna, steam and use the shower, PF is only 10 bucks a month + annual fee.

I personally love this gym, the 11 squat racks make the flow easy to work with and working with Caleb in the PT room allows less distractions!

The gym its goodIt looks pretty cool and newThe cleaning its good but could be better in the bathroom and the steam room. The lockers with password doesn’t work

Very disappointed. The elliptical machines suck. They only have 3 pull downs for back, the same as the old gym. Need more pull down stations. This place sucks. Need to get better elliptical machines, these seem like that you are falling forward when you are on them.

I used the old 24 hr before they moved. I thought they were bad over there but it looks like old habits have moved here too. There are only 2 positives that I can say is facing the windows to work out is nice and the fact they are open 24 hours. Otherwise, the staff was unpleasant, the restroom/locker room was disgusting, the jacuzzi was cold, the IR sauna literally felt like a regular sauna and overall it's stupid packed. I'll stick to a different location.

In the new location Need more towel hooks in the pool area near both steps into the pool, by the bench, and by the Jacuzzi.I miss having 4 pool lanes at the old location.New location is a short distance, across the road to the south but Google shows pictures of the old location... the outdoor pool is not at the new location.Needs more paper towel/cleaning stations around the machines but maybe they do that so you'll buy a workout towel and wash the towel yourself. No more basketball court. The area including the locker room feels smaller but at least the machines look newer.

Alright, I am changing my review. I still stand by what I said earlier—the gym is way too small for the community it serves. That said, I am sure the novelty will wear off soon and it may become less crowded in the next few months. The staff seems to be friendly and they tend to more attentive than before.I’m still not super keen on the kids being allowed at the gym. It would help if the gym had a kids club to keep them off the floor. I get a little nervous when a kid gets to close to me especially while lifting weights or while doing box jumps.Everything else is great. Just wish it were bigger for the area.

To whom it may concern, I think this is the fastest a gym has potentially had a customer and lost them. Signed up on your website @ 07:17 and @08:10 said "nope, not gonna do it".I signed up on your website for your 3 day free trial as there's a new location that opened right near my house. The instructions say to go into any of your locations and give the front desk clerk a user specific code, or just type it into the kiosk. However as I arrived at your new location in Irvine, off Jamboree road, I was informed (by Justin) that they don't honor the 3 day trail pass (even though I selected THAT specific location on your website). Justin said I could try to type my code into the kiosk, but it's not gonna work. He explained to me that I could sign up and they'll charge me one dollar, try it out, if I don't like it they'll refund my dollar etc......(sounds like a lot of work for the customer to just try your gym vs a 3 day trial pass). From a customer standpoint this is a red flag from the get go and I will not be returning. As I spoke to others at my gym in the sauna, many others commented that your facilities have gone down hill with the cleanliness. Do what will with this info, 24 hour USED to be my favorite gym back in the day, but I see it hasn't improved nor has your reputation.

There are too many people crowded here, I spent two hours waiting in my car and observe the customer volume of here, I finally gave up applying for this membership, although I like 24HR very much
