It is 5 am on a Sunday. This place is filthy. The infrared sauna isn’t on and the belligerent front desk guy doesn’t know how or won’t turn it on. The equipment is mostly the garbage Hoist brand and they don’t have any kettlebells. There is a separate section with better equipment in lieu of a basketball court so they can nickel and dime you out of more money. A lot of wasted space

I’ve been going to 24 hour fitness for over 20 years. I used to get their personal trainers and did upgrades or purchase but stopped. It seemed the main goal was for new sales and not loyal existing customers.Fast forward to the new gym. They now have group training you can try and you get 7 day free trial from the first day of the first class you reserve. I reserved a class but felt unwell. I cancelled and set for Friday. Unfortunately, the time period started from today and not Friday essentially wasting the entire period. I asked if they could adjust this to start on the day of the first class. The lady said no but that all the classes are essentially the same. She was not budging nor cares about any bring I had to say. Basically that I can sign up after that one class rather than taking advantage of the 7 days. Immediately I was like “nope” this is why I stopped purchasing extras from them. There was no compromise, especially for as long as I’ve been a member! So I don’t care how good it is. For $59, I can continue doing boxing and orange theory classes for less or same price. As for the gym, it’s nice and cleanish. It doesn’t smell like the old gym and the ac is way better in the class room. Bathrooms are always disgusting and don’t have regular maintenance. I’m excited to see if the equipment is better but overall, it feels open. So it’s not all bad. But like others have said, overcrowding is an issue still, except for the front which seems to be more massive for some reason.

I've been going to this gym for years, but let me tell you, it's not all it's cracked up to be. There are so many things wrong with the new gym these days that it's hard to ignore. Let's take a lookFirst of all, the overcapacity is ridiculous. This gym is always packed with people, and now it's even worse and impossible to find the right equipment or space to work out. The lines for equipment can be so long that it takes up most of your workout time just waiting. And to make matters worse, the gym charges the same rate for everyone, regardless of how long they've been a member. The gym also shows a complete disregard for loyal clients in favor of new members. It's like they forget that we've been keeping them in business for years. on opening day i couldn't get a member to direct me to the right spots because they were all too preoccupied helping potential new members,,, And don't even get me started on their new member deals. It's like they don't value our loyalty at all.If you thought that was bad, wait until you hear about the high wait times. It can take up to 20-30 minutes to get on a piece of equipment, and there's always a line of people waiting to use that same equipment. It's impossible to get a good workout when you're spending half your time just waiting for a machine. And speaking of machines, they're always breaking down. The new equipment is constantly malfunctioning, and there's never anyone around to fix it. If you're not careful, you could get seriously injured trying to use a broken machine. And let's not forget the fact that there's no basketball court. I mean, c'mon, it's 2023, and your gym doesn't even have a basketball court? What kind of "fitness center" is this? disregard for a basketball court is what is gonna take my money to la fitness insteadIn conclusion, I'm so done with this overrated gym. They're clearly more interested in making money than providing a good workout experience for their members. I'm taking my business elsewhere, and encouraging everyone else to do the same. I swear, if they don't make some serious changes, I demand to speak to the manager.

Some machines have been broken for months now and honestly paying this much money to go to one location where the restrooms smell like hell and machines are growing mold. Not worth it go to the one by Irvine spectrum it’s much cleaner and nicer and machines work!!

They have quite a few broken equipment. The gym is rather small. Too small for the amount of people that work out in this gym in the summer. The cardio equipment is rather nice.If you like to workout with some space. I highly recommend looking elsewhere especially if you like to workout between noon to 9 pm. The vibe isn’t exactly low key either if you care about gym environment. A lot of people taping their workouts.

There should be health inspectors going inside every 24 hour fitness within this area because all the showers are disgusting with mold growing inside of them and haven’t been cleaned in months. You can see the pile up and it smells disgusting. The gym is packed no matter what time of the day you go with homeless people sleeping inside the locker rooms and every single machine being used. You have to wait to hit your next set. I have to admit I left planet fitness to come to this gym and within two days I went back to planet fitness. I’ve been to every 24 hour fitness within this area at all of them are the same disgusting with mold walls in the locker rooms.

Getting tired of the Essential Oils used in the Steamroom. Please put a sign up... it's a public steamroom... I've had to switch gyms and this is a on going issue. Last time I came here I heard another gentleman get in a argument cause he just randomly came in and started dumping lavender drops. The other guy chewed him out for it. I don't like it either. Made me leave last time and today. I'm going to have to cancel my pass if this is going to be a issue. Please fix
