So far it's been good. Newer equipment more squat racks and it's clean unlike other locations.

The front desk has the worst customer service. Unprofessional with level's. I really tried not to give them a review many times but WOW. They haven't opened for a month now and their reviews can explain a lot.

Very disappointed. Rude staff. Filthy gym with many broken and out of order items including their sauna. Paper towel dispenser empty all the time. The worst 24 hour fitness which could have had so much potential. Go to San Juan Capistrano 24 hour fitness and learn from them please.

I like this place since it opened on Aug. 5th.I only go early in the morning and it’s usually fine. But today, I think the janitorial guy is still sleeping 😴No toilet paper and no shampoo in the showers …

I was so excited about the new location at first. Now I'm so DISAPPOINTED. Going to the Zumba class isn't exciting anymore. A lot of guys (individuals and groups) stay near the glass and stare at us while we are dancing and creep us out. Management, do something about this and give us some respect. You should not ignore the obvious. Now I miss the smaller dance room in the old building because of the privacy.

So much wasted space, way too few bench press, incline bench press, and dumbbell benches. It’s annoying to do any chest/shoulder exercise here since you have to stand around waiting 10-20 minutes for any of the chest exercises to become available. They have 10 times as many people here as other 24 hour fitness but only 3 bench press stations and 2 incline bench, the same as any other 24 hour fitness. I think the owners should walk around to see which areas are overcrowded and utilize the vast amounts of empty space to increase the amount of popular workout stations, so people can get their workouts done without waiting. If they increase the number of bench press, incline bench, and free dumbbell press stations to the point where the wait times are tolerable, I will change my review.

I'd give it Zero stars if I could. This is a step down from the old location in every way that matters to a regular gym-goer. Over a month since the move and NO kettlebells still (at this writing in spite of repeated requests) for general use yet. Sauna is smaller and not as hot as the old one. Elliptical trainers look fancy but are made for people that are less than 6' tall and stress the knees. There are fewer incline benches and fewer leg machines but more people. Parking is stupid busy, like at a mall on Christmas eve. I am looking for another location, been a member for many years--they have just done a terrible job here while making it look cosmetically good. It is also WAY more crowded than before so it seems they are more interested in catering to new clients than keeping old ones.

the new building ...amazing. BUT the men showers : " nasty " always dirty, lot of hair on the ground, lot of shampoo, ans soap plastic bottles empty on the ground, shavers, etc ... very nasty. so so gross. people go into the sauna wet or dry wearing sports shoes ignoring the sign where clearly you can read " NO sports shoes alowwed into the sauna ". so i don t know, is between the people's behavior and maintenance. I decide to go to another gym, after 4 years NO more 24 hours.
