I been member since 2007 and not much has changed in most 24hr gyms. old clunky machines most of the time non working. ,dirty unhygienic restrooms and sauna and steamroom.Only thing that keeps being a member is they have many locations. However this is my backup gym.I wish they saw how the UFC gym is run and maintained. That's my favorite gym.Drink from the Water fountain and you can taste rust from the old pipes. Property never changed water filter.What is most interesting is that the management and upper management seems to Ignore likeEverything is fine ans dandy!Way to go 24HRs.

Awful gym. The workers are friendly and that’s it. The gym is dirty & terrible & I’ve been fighting for a refund for the past hour. I’ve literally only gone like 3-4 times. Machines are usually broken or always taken. Super crowded, any time of the day. The bathroom smells like sewage. I almost threw up. I tried to give it a chance but I am highly dissatisfied. I want a refund asap. Stop messing with people’s money.

I bought the year up front membership, and I will say I am not pleased with jamboree location. Multiple machines are broken, the bubbles under the benches aren't properly glued down and it caused me to tweak my shoulder while using leg drive. They don't have adequate micro plate (2.5 and 5 lbs).It's always busy at this location and that coupled with the fact that a member was harassing me (and the front desk did zilch about following up with me) made me switch to irvine center as much as I possibly can.Overall dirty ratty teenager in Pjs scene. Hairballs everywhere, lots of dust and the sauna REEKS of musk, with inconsistent temperatures. Not your ideal home location.

I've been checking out clubs near Irvine since the ones I used to go to unfortunately closed. Today I tried Jamboree and found it very enjoyable. All mostly in a very large, bright space, equipment worked fine; men's locker room was bigger than others and pretty clean. I talked to a nice young man who helped direct me around. A lot of people but I got on all the machines and equipment I wanted to. Overall good vibe; I'll definitely be back.

This place has gone downhill over the years. It’s dirty dirty dirty. Dust is everywhere. Bathrooms have trash all over. Managmenet think they run a gym equivalent to equinox. Even worse customer service. $25 for a day pass? Go join EOS or anywhere else than this dump. Do better 24.

I just wanna let you guys know that I went to visit this gym was very professional and very helpful at the gym. Also, Oscar was cleaning the machines and vacuuming them to keep it clean. I also was very grateful that I was available to attend this gym thank you so much and I hope to see you again.

Awesome gym, kind staff! Oscar is the best ever, I almost lost my AirPods case but he helped me find it! Overall, this gym is such a blessing for my life! I am so thankful to God that I get to go to this gym!

Pros:- they have 3 days free trial period, that's great to just look around.- you can get pretty good discount if you buy membership on-site vs onlineCons:- if you buy on-site they ask your credit card sensitive data , which I believe is against all secure policies. They claimed that's only way to pay for membership with discount, very suspicious.- in my case they kept my ID while I was in the gym which is very easy to forget and loss this way. I think better if they just take it and return back quickly like normally others do.

This gym has improved omg so much. I first came 2 month ago it was a mess. But last week I got to visit this place a couple's days ago. It was such a big surprise everything looks so clean there was new employees it's feel like a amazing new energy. I'm planning to make this my own gym.

Staff is great, cleanliness is spotty. Some days the locker rooms and family restrooms are fair, other times they are beyond acceptable. I’ve had days when I was surprised the health department had not been called. The showers have mold buildup. The shower and sink drains have been clogged for days. Machines are left out of order for months. Sometimes, for whatever reason all 5 family restrooms remain locked. I am not sure if that is on purpose so staff does not have to clean as often, but I find it hard to believe that guests lock all the doors on the same visit. I would give 2 stars, but I really enjoy how inviting and friendly the staff is. If the standards could be addressed and maintained this could easily be a 5 star gym.
