Las Colinas location is really nice, clean, spacious and everything is new! Massage chair is my favorite

After having been at the gym for about a year, I signed up for a design your own workout plan with “Q”. I had seen her for about the past six months when working out, and she was always very friendly, so I decided to take advantage of the free design-you-own program. She sat down with me and took the time to find out about what my goals were, and then wrote me up a plan to follow with checkback in four weeks. I wish more people in the service industry were like her, as she is personable, cares for her customer, and is joyful to be around. Planet Fitness became a better company the day she walked through the door.

This gym facility is excellent for fitness enthusiasts, and all of the exercise equipment is well-maintained

They evening staff is so rude and discriminative and racist. Management is not even around to complain. So sad that racism motivates me to come here every day. If you cant take the judgment I wouldn’t recomend it

Great location! Friendly staff! Could use a few more machines as sometimes you have to wait a while for the one you want, the right hand sink in the men’s bathroom needs to be repaired and an extra bathroom stall should be added due to the high numbers of patrons at the gym - otherwise, great value for the membership fee

This location is one of the newer ones and it is very clean. It seems to be busy all the time but I have the opportunity to use whatever machine that I am wanting to use at a particular time. The staff is always very welcoming and super nice. Lastly, I love the newer equipment and the new programs on the treadmills.

The PF in Las Colinas is very clean. I have been recently to many other PF around the area and there is a great comparable difference between Las Colinas and the other gyms. Everything is usually in order, clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to help with any questions. All the machines are available, and the restrooms are very clean as well. For the price this is a great deal on a gym.

What’s up with the women’s shower doors literally being transparent? You can see right through them, and men employees come in here to clean? This is the only plant fitness I’ve been to in Dallas- Fort Worth that has transparent shower doors. Seems pretty weird. Like at least put a privacy curtain at the beginning of the hallways of the showers like most planet fitnesses do here. I guess maybe they only do that in Fort Worth because that’s where I typically go.

the girl w the dusty highlights was trying to accuse me of stealing drinks.. girl bye. this was my first time coming before 12 but from now on im only going after 12 because the girl that works overnight is actually nice and has never done something like this. every employee that has ever checked out my drinks (at multiple locations) always just uses my card on file and lets me leave after scanning my code. i thought it was gonna be like that this time but no she chased after me and said “you know you gotta pay for the drinks right” like.. do you not see the card on file😭 i just left after that, that made me so mad. i really do like this gym and it’s honestly 5 starts but this situation is why im giving it a 1 star.edit: good to know that its a bot replying to reviews and not an actual manager. not once did i mention anything about cleanliness but they responded with “so we can address your cleanliness concerns” huh??? my concern is the fact that i got accused of theft by a worker without common sense.. not cleanliness. like i said, everytime i buy a drink they just scan my code, use the card on file, and let me go on with my day. they dont chase after me accusing me of stealing stale drinks. i thought it was gonna be like that this time since the worker just started talking to the other workers and didnt say anything when i walked away. side note: not only did they try to say i was stealing, they also had a problem with me bringing a guest even though i have a black card. they made him register even though everytime i bring a guest they just let me in, they never stop me and make me register anyone. ive brought guests to multiple locations (including this one) and theyve never stopped my guest and made them fill out a form. i wasnt even there for 20 minutes because it was so annoying having to hear bs from the workers every 5 seconds. i think the problem was just those specific workers because none of this has ever happened to me at any location until today.
