This location is fairly new so the machines are all in good condition, it's very clean and not too busy at this location. The front desk staff I met could use some customer service training but otherwise it's a great location.

I was close by today and decided to checkout and inquire about the club. The place clean and neat but the lady that was working the front desk today wasn’t having a good day unfortunately. Hopefully when I come back again I’ll be better received and welcomed. 3 stars for the customer service.

The front desk is super rude, not willing to help, don’t know what they are doing, came at first day and felt so disappointed, didn’t come this place for the second time, brought the non-commitment type of monthly membership, cancel my membership at 4/30, and was charged annual membership fee at 5/1, came to this place asked the front desk to help, chewing her gum and said they can not refund, don’t offer any help, worst customer service you can sever image5/17- sent the email as indicated in the response, the social media team cannot help, ask me to go to the club to speak to the regional manager, still not resolve the issue, just ask customer to do more work

Very clean and lit up parking lot late at night. Clean and huge inside.

The Las Colinas location is so clean and welcoming. The equipment is in great shape!

The assistance manager she is very rude and makes things difficultI was there just for hanging up myself,Because of my back pain and she didn't let me,Because I am wearing sandals , the total body enhancement wasn't working properly , also the place was not clean .

the staff is helpful and give you tours if you ask for one. many different machines you can use. people do tend to “hog” machines and use a machine in a rotation while holding 2 machines for themselves.

So many options, and the staff are all so welcoming.

Walked into the gym to ask questions and sign up and immediately left because of the front desk girl (Jaida). She’s rude not only to guest but was being really rude to her coworkers that were trying to help other clients. She is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Customer service goes along way and cussing at your coworkers in front of clients was unsettling for me. There absolutely would be no way I would work with or be a client with anyone like that. She is the reason I will take my business elsewhere and I’m probably not the first person.
