Briana she is the worst manager. She is just a racist not trying to listen and doesn’t want to help member with the issue. Worst place to be here in Los Colinas Planet fitness.

If you wanna get charged over and over for no reason go right ahead I went from the 1 800 number to in building nothing just the run around cause they are money hungry. Better off making a home gym or going to 24 or another local gym if ima spend $200 in two month with way more to offer. But after all is said in done of course they send me a email saying refund in this what gets me “no reason provided “ yet there’s note on my account I asked to be put there for a reason and I have my bank statements.

I've been a planet fitness member for many years now and have visited quite a few different locations throughout my moving around the country and I have to say that this location in Irving is one of the nicest and largest locations I've ever seen. The staff is always very friendly and there's tons of machines to use even when it's busy. The gym is always very clean and the people are always nice. I started a weight loss journey back in late September losing over 35 pounds so far and the motivation that I get by coming to this gym has really ramped up my progress. I'm super stoked about it. Thank you to all the people who operate the gym for making it a great place to work out!

Clean and easy to use. I love the massage chairs

Great morning team. The gym is always clean. The music is a bit loud but I get my workouts done. The fans, close to the cardio machines, should set low spinning. It gets a bit cold before starting. There’s one bad seed in the evenings. I accidentally paid for a membership at another location and didn’t realize it until I went one evening. The girl behind the desk didn’t even let work out. She could’ve let work out because I got it handled the next day. This is one reason I avoid the evenings. Long niâtes African American girl.

Like others have mentioned, they continued to bill my account after I paid to cancel my membership. These are the types of tactics you can expect from PF. They are complete jerks. I will dispute the charge with my bank. Just stay away from this place.

The rumors are true. If you are serious about fitness, this is not the place to train. No barbells, all smith machines, and plenty of rules. And if you break any one of them (like bringing a small bag to hold your water and towel), management will harass you and force you to pay an early exit contract fee. 24 hour fitness and LA fitness are just right up the street - I’ve never had any issues at those locations. I would not recommend this place.

After Covid, found a place which is perfect. Lots of equipments , neat and clean, supportive staff and great service. Highly recommend this place.
