Love this gym. Never too crowded and definitely no judgement. Just started with the training session and did the 360 burn today. Pushed my limits and burned for 30 minutes straight! Trainer was motivating and encouraging me through! Will be back for more sessions for sure.

Nice gym. Behind the desk manager is a little bit sassy. Every times she’s there it’s something extra with her. I’m just there to workout and go home.

I just joined and started working out with their trainer Ricky! After my first week I feel great! He pushed me a little but listened to me when I needed adjustments. All the Staff are great! I would recommend Ricky for Training!

UPDATE: This is my second review with another HORRIBLE situation. Again, the front desk employees are extremely hateful, disrespectful and unprofessional!!! I will NOT be returning to this unskillful location! I've been a Black Card member since 2018 and this location is by far the WORSE in the Metroplex. The staff are completely rude, cluless and have no respect to the members!

The establishment is mostly clean and the environment makes me want to work out more which is the best part about the gym. It's the front desk that kills my mood every time.There have been times when a young lady who works there rolled her eyes on me when I approached her for any query.The other day a new "Assistant Manager" Named April was working and she was just the worst. When I approached her regarding an issue she pretended I was not there, I stood there looking at her in silence at first but after 5 mins when I called her she just ignored my call and went on to clean a bottle from the fridge. Cleaning a Bottle ??? Assistant Manager? Clearly she did not want to engage with me and was very poor at helping me when she did decide to talk to me after 10 mins of me ideally standing there while she polished her bottle to a shine. Disappointed to see such people being appointed "Assistant Manager" when they could not care any less about their customers.
