Super disappointed with this gym. My best friend and I weren’t sure we wanted to start here and the sales person continued trying to get us to sign up and we had so many questions including if we decided to cancel which was possible if that would be an issue and he said not at all we would just pay up until our next auto draft date. So that seemed fair enough. Came in to cancel today and it’s $63. When I brought it to the employee’s attention that is not what I was told he said absolutely nothing just typed something into my account then looked back up at me and said it will be $63. Wow. Talk about shady. I would not recommend and if you do don’t let them manipulate you into anything without verifying everything yourself. I will never recommend planet fitness again.

Front desk staff name is Keisha. She is the reason for this 5 star. I've been to a few planet fitness gyms and she just made my experience perfect. It's the little things like positive attitude, smile, making sure my tanning room was clean before I walked in it (all the other gyms I have to clean it on my own) and asking if I have everything I need.

I just joined PF after switching from L A Fitness Friday 1 / 6.I am so far impressed with the cleanness, the availability of equipment, the staff is very friendly/ helpful,the young man that helped me sign up is I believe his name is Ricky,he is very helpful,friendly.I am expecting my workouts to be fun/ productive at PF.

New member here and can I say WOW!! Very clean facility. Keisha at the desk was VERY helpful and as nice as could be! 30 min express workout was fantastic and I then enjoyed the massage chair . This place is awesome and a great value.

Spacious, clean! - Thanks to the staff taking a round re-filling cleaning stations at every 30 minutes or so.Minimal wait times even during evening peak hours.Top class equipment.Optimal cooling and humidity maintained. Love those huge commercial ceiling fans that keep the air moving - Great work out and less sweaty!Courteous & friendly Staff! :)I'm very happy with Planet Fitness.. All of the above help me to be more consistent with my workout.I've been working out at PF for last 4 months - 4 days/week. I missed all of the above at another local large fitness Gym where I worked out for 5+ years....♥PF-Milind

Love coming here, very clean and plenty of machines for everyone to use. The employees are welcoming

Chill, friendly and clean. PF's culture and the local community make this a place I love going. The equipment is just older than some other gyms, including other PF gyms.

Everything is a lie!!! Kinda got cheated with their membership plan, We have taken black card membership here while signing up they mentioned the member and guest can come at anytime separately that's the reason we signed up(we didn't checked the terms because of their word) and they cheated!! The staff did not allowed me inside because the member is not with me. And I visited few times without the member being in person with me (Because we cant make it at the same time to the g everyday), And they told the terms today.I was shocked for what they said.If we know that earlier we would have gone to some other gym.Kind of feeling cheated by the staff here.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick workout while in town. We were very impressed with the customer service from the front desk, very friendly and welcoming staff. The gym was very spacious and clean. Overall a great experience and we would definitely return!
