Great location! It’s clean and the 24/7 hours are great help with busy schedule. The team there are very friendly!

Excellent place to work out as a Senior. After 2 weeks my Husband & I both feel more balanced, stronger core, arms & legs. Not to mention the Personal Trainer, different classes, 24 hour schedule. So far it’s all been a Plus!

Amazingly clean Planet Fitness location.The Staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to say hello. Front desk had big smiles and good demeanor.Appreciated seeing Austin and Staff taking care of cleaning while I was there. No pencil whipping the duty; they were taking their time to clean fully and properly. Always appreciated when high standards are maintained in an area you are going to get cleaned up in!

The staff is polite. Always ready to greet you when you walk in. The equipment is always clean. I’ve been coming regularly for a month and I enjoy coming here

I went to the location on Irving Blvd for the 1st time. I was immediately greeted by a young lady named Jasmine. She was so polite and helpful, had a very positive demeanor. Although she was busy when I walked in, she didn't hesitate to show me around and help get me set up to work out. I'll definitely be back to this location again 😊

Message To the owner and manager,I am dropping the star to 1 star from 5 star.I have been coming in this gym since couple of years. I love this gym people and staffs are super kind and nice.Until yesterday and today. The guy named Austin came up to me and said I cannot jump and run in the gym, which I am supposed to do for my work outs. I asked him is there any rules like that he said yes. I demand him to show me the rules or let me talk to the manager. As expected there were no such rules and the manager told me I can do what I was doing. Today there was no manager he was just giving me hard time, i told him as your manager said then he started saying there is no manager right now I am the shift lead. I am the incharge now. Then he just said I'll call the police without saying to stop or leave. I just packed my stuffs and left with broken heart and lots of disappointment. Since I have been coming over here for almost 5 years now.

I like the vibe in this gym in the winter with so many people working towards their fitness goal. This motivates me as well . Thank you

For over 2 years planet fitness has charged me 10 dollars a month and I no longer even live in irving. I've tried several times to cancel this membership. All I'm told is I have to go there in person. Hello. I no longer live in irving. Please stop stealing my money.
