The general manager and Dave at the Irving location both went above and beyond helping me transfer my membership from the Frisco location. The GM of the Frisco location, Rome, is a fantastic man as well. Thank you all very much for all your help!!

Wanted to my weekly gym visit in. When I went there, your front desk person, "Dory", who had her name tag upside down, would not let me in. I am a black card member. I pay my fees every month. I just lost my phone. The planet fitness in Richardson I went to was more then helpful, called my home location, verified my membership, and let me work out. Dory however, admitted to me she did not care. I do feel bad about making her get out of her chair, since she seemed so comfortable. Do not bother going to this Planet Fitness.

Omg ! As a woman it’s so hard finding gyms with out all of negative attention and this place made me feel Soo welcome ! Thank you to the lovely worker Erica as well! She was Soo inquisitive

This planet fitness location has a ton of workout equipment, especially Smith Machines. I'm a morning person and the gym isn't as crowded in the mornings as it is in the evenings. The hydro spa reclining chair was awesome.

Not a great gym. I tried this location based on the reviews on their website, but disappointed. Older equipment, not very clean, and way overcrowded to get a full workout. Not worth the drive.

It was my first time there and Dory had cleaned the bathroom like I’ve never seen before went in there and relaxed enjoying the sweet clean area

Not crowded when I go 0020 hrs. As sore as my feet were, I just tried a few things which lead to a mini work out. Did the bike for a bit . Anything to get the circulation going. Feet did not feel too bad with the mini workout.
