Horrible place. They state they clean their equipment during a pandemic but in fact do not clean their equipment. It's been reported by multiple other people also. Then when you go to close out your account the 1-800 number is preprogrammed to state "they aren't receiving mail during the covid pandemic", got that recorded on the phone call. Still refuse to close out my account and keep insisting on charging me even though i did in fact send a letter to have my account closed as i am not risking my life for their false advertisement of cleaning their machines. I have tried to block the charge through my bank but they keep changing the amounts so it goes through. Sounds pretty criminal to me. I will be taking this info to the police and DA. To me not cleaning your machines during a pandemic sounds, criminal.. wonder how many people died from going to planet fitness.

Shout out to Erica for being so helpful ! Really felt well informed and even inspired to get after it in the gym after talking with her. Really clean facility too just overall an excellent experience at this location

Hot water has been broken for months. Manager blames corporate for not fixing the issue. Corporate blames manager for poor work order. Problem continues to persist despite all parties being aware of it. Really don't care how it happens I just want a hot shower after my work out. I suggest manager and corporate take cold shower to see how they like it. Don't get a membership here.

I was visiting and Erica made me feel completely at home. Even with visitors, she knows how to make a guest feel comfortable enough to become a member. Will be back!

Please stop allowing minors without parents at this location!!! I go to this gym multiple times a week. In the summer 14-18 is free with a parent. I see groups of kids without adults daily who are not acting appropriately.

Love the gym, changed my life at this location. Staff members are great and Mrs.Dory keeps the building fresh and clean. I appreciate all the hard workers here!!!

P/F is my gym. I am repeatedly impressed everytime I walk in!The inventory is mind boggling and it's going to take a long time to learn all the stations.Great way to get rid of any procrastination!

Been quite some time since I’ve been here in months and today’s experience was mind blowing on how clean it is and so nice the ladies at the desk were I believe their names are jade and Dory they had smiles on their faces and greeted me the minute I stepped foot into the door I got checked in y’all must go in and see for your self again thank you jade and Dory for making me feel at home
