As someone who’s been to many exclusive gyms I have to say this one is amazing the staff is very friendly the gym itself is very clean, the way it’s set up is ver articulate I can not forget Erica who was so professional and very sweet at showing me around she definitely made my experience at PF a great one and I would definitely come back just because of her.

They are very unprofessional the manager was very rude when she was explaining to me an issue with my membership when I was calm and patient. They made me sign documents and then they were charging me for something I didn’t sign for. and since the signature is electronic they never show me the documents I was signing for in the begging until they took my electronic signature and months after when I wanted to fix the problem I couldn’t do anything because they use my electronic signature on a legal document. I don’t recommend you this location to get your membership, some personal of the staff don’t care about your money and they make you pay for things that you don’t want. But the gym is clean organized and a good place for exercising.

Erica Gittens was very professional and took us on the tour of the facility. Definitely can't wait to come back. Great environment with awesome staff. Thank you.

So Erica was very helpful with my inquiry about starting a membership . I was at fitness connection back in Austin and they were literally awful out there . So i decided to stop in today and ask about a few things and that girl really helped me out ! So I’m officially signed on with you guys because of her ! You guys need more ppl like her she’s amazing . I look forward to doing my 5 day a week workouts here ! Thank you so much !

Let be honest, this place isn't clean. Toilets are dirty, machines are not wipe down, showers aren't scrubbed and dressing rooms aren't sweapt, giant hair balls all over the place. And TV's are all on same channels. And you mention to the staff and you get the run around. We are under staffed (regarding cleaning)and corporate has to come to fix the changes. So I guess corporate came to change the channels in the fist place.. hmmm🤔 interesting since amber was able to change them back when she was here but the staff now can't/won't clean or do that or anything? It's not their job so what is? We come for a healthy lifestyle but can't come to a clean healthy place? Other members have mentioned fitness connection and how much cleaner it is there. The showers haven't been cleaned in weeks. Nor the dressing rooms. The same garbage has been in each for weeks too. The other gm never had it filthy like this. Bring him back so it can be a good place again!

I had a very positive experience signing my two high school aged children up for the free summer membership. The staff was attentive and friendly to me, the process was quick, and my kids like working out there.

Awesome employees always working to keep the facilities clean and in order. Very friendly encouraging and professional staff. Greatly appreciate what they do.

Love the staff here. They’re always more than friendly, especially Dory. She really goes out of her way to make your experience here the best it can be. Love this location!

Place is clean and nice. Staff is extremely friendly. Erica was so friendly. She was super helpful with any questions I had, overall she was fantastic and I had a wonderful experience at this gym.

Stopped by the gym to get membership information surprised at how nice the gym looked you cant tell from the outside its located in a strip mall got a tour of the gym from Dory and then CJ explained all the membership types offered at the gym both were polite and well breaded on gym information. Good customer service and a lot of machines and gym equipment to choose from.
