It’s not how you say it, it’s the way you say it. I came with my baby and husband and the moment we came in this lady started to yell saying “ that baby can’t be in here”. If that’s the rules than okay but there’s no sign for not having a baby in the gym. The way that she looked at us and yelled was disrespectful and unnecessary. We just came to sign up for a membership and then we was going to leave. I won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

Very unprofessional / hostile environment. I’ve gone to this planet fitness for almost 2 years and never have I ever been so disrespected by someone the way Mercedes approached me was very aggressive and arrogant grabbing the equipment that currently was in use and telling me to move and when asking why? She proceeded to say “do I really have to sit here and take 5 minutes out of my time in order for us to discuss the policy” just an over all big slap to the face if you ask me. Then refusing to give corporate number saying they didn’t know what or who just shows they need a lot of help with customer service, managing and over all attitude show poor leadership.

The benefit to this gym is the location, easy commute. If you want to have a productive work out, it’s recommended to go early mornings including weekends. You’ll run into people reserving up to 3 stations, treating it like a private gym. There’s plenty of cardio equipment, but the strength training is limited. Small designated work out areas, if you’re looking into warming up to a gym this might be a good start.

I have been coming to this gym for about a year and in the past month the gym has done a complete 360 since they got rid of the last manager! They are finally cleaning the gym!Alicia, CJ, and Felix are polite professional and gave me good customer whenever I needed assistance. I watched them take turns cleaning, taking out trash, and wipe down machines.Locker room could be cleaned a little bit better but other then that good job on the changes being made.

This gym is my go-to gym when in Texas. However, I wish they would only allow women to clean the women's room. The cleaner hasn't done anything. He keeps his head down while cleaning in there, but some women have trauma. I watched a girl lock herself in a bathroom stall until he was done. I've seen women on the crew before when he was cleaning. If it's a separate position, my advice would be to hire a woman to clean. This is the only thing about this location that many women don't like, and it causes them to go to other places.

I always workout at night and I have never seen at any other planet fitness see someone work as hard as Dory. She is constantly cleaning and making sure the gym is in good standards. I hardly ever write reviews but had to give her the recognition she deserves

This is the best PF I’ve ever been to.The entire atmosphere is on point.And a big shout out to Nick who is the coolest gym representative of all time.He truly cares and makes people feel welcomed and like we belong here.Very glad I found this place.

Worst gym I have been in. The female locker room trash are always full. There is too many people socializing and taking up all the weight which are then left laying around. It is always packed at the time I can go, which I understand are peak hours. So I try to go at 10 pm, and STILL packed, no weights or machines for me to use. I completely gave up on this gym. Too many people and lack of gym ethic.

Very poor professionalism overall, I was a guest of a planet fitness member decided to take my business else where. Planet fitness should try to overall give great customer service and I understand can’t please everyone but not make them feel like they are being picked on nor that they are ignorant for not knowing a policy. A customer should always feel like where they pay they are going to get treated nicely. That is why a customer pays to either be educated on the rules and policy. The manager Mercedes during rush hour on top of that made me feel very uncomfortable, to even let me know she can’t always take the time to let everyone know about the policy. Which that made me very uncomfortable and very unprofessional

Today I decided to try my luck and contact this branch in hopes of finding my air pod case I left 3 days ago. The facility is always busy, which I love to see, and encourage everyone putting their efforts but I had a slight doubt in the integrity and respect for personal belonging from the people there. Granted it’s difficult to trust so many people now a days. When I realized I left my case two days later I assumed and accepted the fact they were taken and I was at a lost for this case that runs a couple hundred dollars.I stand corrected, on the integrity the clients have for their surroundings and commend the staff as they are always keeping this branch clean and organized! Who ever found my apple air pod case, THANK YOU, for returning and keeping safe. I will continue to visit you.
