Honestly a lot of the employees are slacking compared to other planet fitness was going to lose all hope for this location than Dory watching her work was inspirational and made me happy because I see the gym as a 2nd home and she was the only employee to care! And she remembers all the regulars and I am glad to call planet fitness my home!

I came to this facility the other morning looking to sign up for a member. The woman at the front counter Erica firstly was extremely energetic and had a energy about her that was captivating. She was so eager to take us on a tour and the charisma she had explaining each area of the gym. She let us try this water bed massage things and finished off the tour. Saw here today and she checked up on us while cleaning. Something that small meant so much because she really seemed to care and wanted us to write a review about the gym which is great but she’s truly the star!

Recently came in to sign up for a membership. Erica took me on a tour and we had so much fun. She was funny but let me know everything you guys had to offer and let me try the massage beds which I’m in love with like she said I would be! They have a trainer which I’ve been searching for. All the staff was on top of cleaning the whole time I was there. Literally some girl was scrubbing walls and floors! Smelled amazing and makes me feel like the staff cares.

The overall experience was quite enjoyable. From the equipment itself. Also felt very welcomed and not judged one bit where I have felt that way before with other gyms. Also Dory provided excellent service and she was a great help 10/10 would recommend y’all again.

Wow this gym is OUTSTANDING! They have so many members and you can tell why. The staff is friendly, stays busy keeping the atmosphere clean and fresh. The restroom facility is plentiful with showers and lockers, but these members came to get busy. Everyone was constantly working out. This is not your social gym, but at the same time can be. I enjoyed a massage on the table complimentary and loved it. Great experience

Honestly, I had no water for the last week due to the storm in Texas and planet fitness gave me a place to shower, so I'm super thankful. The gym is also very clean and the people are friendly. it has everything I need equipment-wise.

The Planet Fitness in Irving was just fabulous!!! The work out area was spaced properly and very clean. Staff was friendly as always. Made me feel very welcome.

The place is always clean and the staff I’ve been helped by is super friendly! They always greet you when you come and when your leaving they actually acknowledge you by wishing you a good day !I honestly enjoy everything about this gym .Irving blvd location is definitely a great location

I go here often, or at least I used to. Anyways, the gym-goers are usually polite and so are the staff. It's probably a policy but, there's a new paper towel dispense system and it either runs out of paper towels or gets clogged. Not only that, but the TV's will stop working and lockers are of limited quantity. Still a good place to go though and those are all smaller, picky, items. Get good gains friends, I know you can.
