I came to Missing Link CrossFit after months of not working out and was feeling insecure to say the least. Since day one the coaches have been so supportive, encouraging, and welcoming. They meet me where I’m at within my workout and I don’t feel judged or excluded. I was blown away by the amount of time and attention spent on each athlete. The owners are always smiling and engaged. I feel grateful to be a part of this community.

Incredibly welcoming community, especially by the owners. Starting a new gym is always so intimidating but Meredith really has been so wonderful, kind, and welcoming and leads by example setting the culture of the gym. If you’re thinking about it come try it out!

We were there serving from the food truck, The Tempted Palate, for a wrestling match. The energy The had reminded me of when I was younger watching it on TV. It was a nice family outing!!!!

Great facility, all the equipment you need for any type of fitness program. Very convenient location, close to the CLNC main and Wilson gates, easy to work out on the way to or from work.

Meredith is a very knowledgeable trainer who also understands what it is like trying to be a busy Momma AND an athlete! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an empathic passionate Coach reach out to Mere!

Mere is the BEST, and a BEAST!!! She is motivating and patient, fun and professional. The atmosphere initially was intimidating but she helped me feel right at home. She has pushed me and I’m now realizing my body is capable of more than I gave myself credit for, and she never doubted me. #MereEffect💪🏽 …

Meredith Wilson is an awesome trainer. She not only looks out for my needs but also takes in consideration how I’m feeling and offers suggestions. Great place to train! Results are achieved.

My teenager has been attending the teen class for 6-7 months and this is the first place he is excited to do activity. We've tried all kinds of group sports, martial arts, individual sports and this is the one thing that he enjoys. I attribute that a lot to Coach Meredith, the staff and the environment they promote at Missing Link, specially with the younger members.
