Their hours keep getting worse and worse yet upkeep and membership costs continue to go up. This location is basically a slightly upgraded la fitness.

Maybe I go during the wrong time but this place has became a hang out club for groupies to just stand around and hang out. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a squat rack because so many people rather record themselves and take over an hour of being on the rack. People have no gym etiquette there, it's packed, no space to work out. I wouldn't recommend this gym at all.

Been coming here since 2021 and my basic membership went from $69 to $110. For what? Having little code locks on the lockers that I rarely use? The lack of AC upstairs that nearly causes heat strokes? Or the workout classes that are mainly held during 9-5 working hours and any fun classes you have to pay EXTRA for. Very disappointing for the price. Only thing positive I can say is that the facilities are kept clean and the machines are pretty decent. But it’s not worth over $100 a month to have the bare minimum.

Nice, friendly, clean, helping, supporting and anything you need is there. Only things we need there, we need more classes, more trainers. For the hair dresser. I mean for hair, you need some has experience of work, customer service, professional, loyal, compationnate.

The service is good. They all nice and kind. Just not enough towels in shower room. Also the dryer for swim suits is not working well... it's been a while but no one think it should be fixed or replaced.

The gym itself is great. A variety of machines that caters to every fitness level. The biggest drawbacks though is the people that go to this location. It’s overcrowded & because of that the people that work out here tend to be territorial. People purposely leave their belongings on machines to “reserve” it so they can do their circuits. There’s also A LOT of people who set up their cameras which turns the gym in to a maze when you’re trying to get to a machine or avoid being in their shot. Also the women’s locker room is a challenge. The combination of ladies with roller bags coming in as if they’re going on a flight and spreading their belongings that take up the entire bench makes it frustrating to even get to a locker. And last but not least, people here are notoriously messy…they overly indulge with the towel amenities and take advantage of the workers that constantly pick up after them.If you decide to come, I’d recommend coming at their off times. If you’re looking for a new gym and this is the only location you’re planning on going to…then I’d advise looking elsewhere.

Fabulous time!Very relaxing if you’re looking for a day away.I will say that if everyone adhered to the signs for being fully clothed in the steam room, it would be more enjoyable especially if there are families.Understandably, it would be to the discretion of the facility to uphold their own policy.Aside from that, this is my go to location for a brief getaway and I would recommend it to others.
