Clean, friendly and consistent

I love working out at this location every one on the staff is friendly and helpful but the equipment is outdated and machines in need of repairs gym all around have updated their equipment

CDL approved 💪💪💪However stuff complained because of me breathing loud during exercises, and when I was doing mu last reps of the exercise, to push through made a noise.Even though there was 3 persons around me with earphones, still stuff came up to make a comment.I guess stuff did not know importance of oxygen in the bodyGlad they did not came up to me wile I was I the shower under cold water … 🧐

Parking not secure vehicle broke intoBad area.Maybe Planet Fitness should warn there guest that if you don’t lock your locker there is a good chance wallet purse could be stolen there or in your car. Lockers are available bring a lock.Planet fitness nice place just a few badPeople.

Great for the price! Lots of machines, treadmills, some free weights, and a couple of functional trainers. For $10 a month I was impressed and I did not think the gym was too crowded.

Rewriting my review, I wrote about the crowd meter being wrong and they said to contact the staff about it. Well I did before that review too and they said "sorry". The email replies were sarcastic and rude about checking it before coming it, do they not know you have to look at it on the app to check in?This place is filthy, rusty, crowded and tiny. I now drive across town to go to the westnedge location. Do better

The gym is clean, the equipment is in great shape, and the staff is friendly!

If you are from out of town, BEWARE, the staff will single you out. I have been a black card member for over 5 years now and have been to locations all over the US. I am courteous of other members and the PF policies (i.e. judgement free, no grunting, no slamming weights). I make sure to wipe down all the equipment I use and try not to disrupt others working out. Today I was wrongfully accused of slamming my weights. When I told them I was not slamming my weights, they said the noise came from "my general area" even though at least six other members were working out around me. They were insistent that it was me even though they did not see and only heard a noise from "my general area". Save yourself time and the headache and GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The social environment here is generally cool and the cleanliness at this location is superb with the amount of people that come and go. Employees are very helpful, understanding, and patient. Everyone leaves you to do what you need without interruption or fear of outward judgment. As a gym, this Planet Fitness more than exceeded my expectations when I found out they have a wide selection of tanning and massage options as well as many machines and equipment to allow anyone quite an array of exercises from beginner to well-versed.

Not a bad gym but they alwaysssssss have issues with their drinking fountain. It never works.Edited 12/18/2022-drinking fountain still doesn’t work. Has been this way for months. Starting to think nobody cares or reads these reviews.
