Great gym for your money! Some staff aren't very friendly but there's others who really make you feel welcome. Machines are always clean. The only thing I can complain about is the guests talking on their cell phones and hogging machines. But that's not really planet fitness' fault.

Not clean enough. The staff was friendly. Seriously got my car keyed while I was working out inside. I'll just keep going to the planet fitness in Benton harbor.

It's great gym, clean and neat, the only issue i had is they don't have a lot of options for free weights and the don't have free bars.. everything else is great people are nice and the staff are so helpful

I made an attempt to pay a sub-account under my sister's account with this Planet Fitness. She walked into the organization with my credit card and the representative would not add the card to the account. She stated that "it is our policy to have the routing & account number". I informed her that my mother's account is a sub-account under my sister's name with a different card number and you do not have the routing or account number for that card. She continued repeating the same statement. Therefore, I asked for her name and the number to corporate office. The representative continued to ignore my request and asking me for my information.I realized that my sister had called my home phone (Thank God for TECHNOLOGY) so I got out my cell phone, informed the representative this call is being recorded, and asked for the requested information again. I asked for her name and the number to corporate over 8 times, which was stilled not provided to me. I had to use Ice Cube line from "Friday" '. . . are you stupid, simple or slow?' Continuing to ask for the requested information over 5 more times (guess what: still no name or corporate number). She stated that the manager & assistant manager had the information. Well, you know what I said...please get it for me. She placed me on hold for over 5 long beeping minutes and return with nothing. Opps...she returned laughing at me like it was a joking matter.Ok, the manager gets on the phone and started yelling their policy. (Is it me or people just do not care about customer service...and you are being recorded--1 to think about...$$$ is accepted at ALL ORGANIZATIONS). I asked her to please listen to my request because what you are telling me is not what I am in need of.1. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN2. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN3. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN4. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN5. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN6. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN7. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN8. PLEASE STOP & LISTEN--what do you know she finally stopped.Again, all I want is the representatives name & the number to your corporate office. She replied, "we don't have a number to give out to the public". My response was can I have your district managers name & number. She rudely commented, "we can't give out his personal number". So I countered her, I can not give out mine.******Here is the icing on the cake************She stated I am disconnecting the call because you made a threat to me. Oh naw sweety, the only threat I will make is with written words about your service and they will be soooo ummmmm good that you would want to hire yourself. NOW THAT'S A THREAT. Why do some think they can speak their mind, voice their options, etc. but you can not have the same LIBERTY & JUSTICE....FAIR IS FAIRLet's see what corporate office does now, AND I HAVE THE VOICE RECORDING....ENJOY YOUR REVIEW PLANET FIT-LESS

They just updated their cardio equipment and put down new flooring. This place is usually busy in afternoon around 5 but plenty of machines to go around. Before work hours there is usually no crowds.

Eek! After working out at the westnedge location, I got a black card to take advantage of the stadium location in relation to my new work place. Mistake. Dirty locker rooms, much cheaper facility in general than the westnedge location as far as looks go, and over crowded. I will be making the extra 15 minute drive to the westnedge location.

If you're from out of town and passing by thinking that Planet Fitness is very nice since you have access to all locations equally, beware, you are not welcome to this one. She will make sure you get the message. We did 1 hour ago....

It's always clean. I really like planet fitness for the circuit training, its simple, built in, and well designed. The gym in general is really not all that fancy, but its reliable, functional, and clean. It's all you really need.

Nothing special as virtually all PF's are identical. Plenty of machines and areas to work out. Very nice atmosphere as the clientele ranges all ages; from standard college-age folks to an older crowd. It's great to see a large range of people striving to be healthy and active.

Lots of varied equipment, staff is friendly and helpful. Mostly 20-30-somethings. Grunting, slamming barbells/equipment and similar annoying behavior isn't tolerated.
