Love this gym so much! Not only do they physically train you but they also offer nutrition training. They're located conveniently to me in Metairie and Missy and Dillon are some of the best people you'll ever meet, can't say enough about them

I reached out to Dillon for a training program while I was traveling out of the country. He gave me 4 sets of workouts to follow and has been checking in with me each week. If I need anything he's there to answer questions and adjust things as my travel plans change (I dont always have access to a gym). I used to workout at his gym and really miss it so it's been good to still feel a part of the Flambeaux fam! Online or in person, there is no better gym!

I was a member here for over a year and it was life-changing. Dillon, Missy, and the other coaches have made a wonderful, safe, and inclusive environment that pushes you to be your best. I learned so much about fitness and myself here, and I only stopped going because I moved too far away!

Flambeaux fit is a great gym. Dillon, Missy, Nathan, Travis, Angela and the members are amazing and always make me feel included. It has become more than just about physical fitness they really care about whole body fitness!! I have tried many other gyms and programs none have made me feel more comfortable ….I have not been happier with the progress I’ve made physically.

I have been an on and off again member of Flambeaux. I started back in 2018. During that time, I have tried other forms of exercise but I always come back to Flambeaux. The coaches are amazing. There are a lot of different class times available, so everyone could find a time that works for them. Flambeaux is more than a gym. It is a community of people that will quickly become the people that cheer you on while you’re struggling to make it through your last rep. Not only are the coaches supportive, but every single member in your class strives to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. In the years since I started, he has also expanded the class types. Not only is there crossfit, but there’s yoga once a month and an endurance class once a week. There is truly something for everyone! I also love Dillon’s mission. He has built a truly inclusive space that means so much to so many. I cannot recommend this gym enough.
