The attention of the employees at the counter is bad, a very bad experience, they also stole my things from my locker with a padlock on it and they never solved anything for me. I suppose an employee did it and that is why they never gave me an answer.

I love the feel here,there staff is amazing, only issue I had is who they use to get your payments, it is NOT planet fitness, it's whoever they use,because they hit my account twice

Comfortable atmosphere wish there was a regular bench but the Smith machine will do thanks to the employees and good customers for keepin this place is clean
