So sick of pf. They have overcharged my account on numerous occasions causing overdraft fees. BEWARE they require u to pay $1 WHEN U SIGN UP. With a debit card and THEN have to do recurring payments from a checking account. They have both your info and permission to use it since u signed the contract. Did a fraud investigation at my bank and they said that's how gyms are and I would have to take it up with them. They said they dont have the account # I'm alleging their taking $ our of on file. Yet..its on my statement! Crooks

I am sorry but any place that won't let you grunt when you workout is a joke. There's to many damn places now days that are doing the whole safe space thing , its just rediculous.. This place is no different if your not making some kind of noise when you workout then your really not working out. I am not talking about the the loud guy who throws the weights around and is so loud its stupid.. But damn come on man , I feel like this is a gym for adult babies and soccer moms who want to dress up to workout.. If your wanting a seriously hard workout this isn't the place for you, if your a safe space baby and a neglected wife then this is your spot....

Membership is cheap and the gym is clean with good equipment. I feel the judgment free policy and the "lunk" alarm are very judgmental to people. The staff her seems to pay little to no attention to anything that happens here as that are either talking or on their phone

If there was a way to select negative stars I certainly would!! The front desk is ridiculous! The management and staff need training. They are rude and none of them are on the same page as far as their rules! My daughter loves going there because it's close to work where we work, she typically goes with my assistant and they have a great workout on their lunch break. This has been going on since you all opened!! Now all of a sudden we are being told that she can't come in with anyone but a parent!?! That was not what we were told when we signed up. She can in yesterday and today she was denied?!?! She was with a responsible adult that she's been going with for almost a year now!! While your prices might be good the staff and some of the policies are a joke!! How can you refuse to let someone go after they have been going for almost a year and now tell them no you have to come with a parent. This is ridiculous and I will be canceling my membership and joining Lifequest which is close to our house and their policy on minors is much more reasonable!!! Suggestion would be to have a list of adults that your minor is allowed to come work out with!!!

It's the cleanest gym I found in Tri-Cities. It's the cheapest gym I've ever belong to. The tanning is free with the black membership and basically is the price of going one time somewhere else oh, that's already paying for itself. They have red light therapy, massage tables and chairs, everything being included in the black membership. You really like the day promote I'm non-judgment atmosphere and try to welcome people from all places on their fitness journey.It's very clean! The front desk has been very nice and helpful.Female bathroom / locker room is the nicest one I found in Tri-Cities for sure and well maintained.They only have one type of elliptical machine I believe, which is a bummer since it's not the one I like. That just personal preference though.

Finally a gym that doesn't require you to sign a 12 to 24 month contract. I was able to sign up for $10 a month, no contract. They are also open 24 hours everyday. The equipment is all new. I really like that they have huge fans creating a slight breeze. It really helps cool off when your on the treadmill. They do a great job of keeping this place clean.

Gym itself and all the equipment is super nice but the staff are incompetent bunch of fools. I can hardly reach anyone and when I do they have no clue how to answer my questions

After alot of run around they are open. Its a soft opening grand opening is thursday. Been there twice. So far so good but if i hadnt called i wouldn't of known they were finally open. Nice staff so far.

Amazing gym. I've been to many, including golds for almost 3 years. Planet Fitness has all the equipment you need including free weights and hammer strength machines. Lots of cardio equipment as well. Staff is very friendly and I love the extras I get with my black card membership. Extremely happy with this gym.

I am really liking this gym! The workout options are plentiful but I especially like the 30 minute option if I don't have a lot of time. I thought I'd miss the sauna at my old gym but the tanning and hydro-massage make up for it. The staff is awesome and it is always really clean. Highly recommend it!
