Hydromassage bed 8 doesn't work, they don't provide masks, so you have to use an old/ and or sweaty mask the whole time, they also charge a $5 franchise fee for no other reason than they can (No other planet fitness that I've seen does this) went in the bathroom, and noticed and overflown urinal noone did anything about. Also pee on the floor, and just dirtyness, but they pretend to care about cleanliness.

Friendly front desk staff, pretty clean bathroom/locker room. I did find the sign on the front door pretty appalling, which said that they do not provide masks but they require you to be wearing a mask to enter the gym. Also, I had a hard time watching people doing cardio, such as running on a treadmill and the elliptical machines while wearing masks.

Love love love this place I’ve been here couple months now the one person I truly enjoy in the front desk is a girl name Maria she’s very friendly and welcoming and could take up tobe a manger I really thought she’s was a manger when we first communicated she’s is very well mannered and speaks so proper we need more people like her around always smiling and uplifting . If she isn’t already a manager she needs tobe one !!!

It’s overall a great place. However, what makes it 3 stars instead of 5- boils down to two things for me. 1. There isn’t a great ab section. I personally don’t want to be doing my abs right next to someone on a squat rack. Just saying. Also, I like to be at the gym by 4-4:30am. Not opening till 5 am means I’m working out at night after a 11-12 hr day of work… which Tbt, I’m not giddy about working out at night.

I'm from out of state and I just want to say the customer service I received from Kevin. He made sure I knew how to use the machines, they are different from the PF I use at home.Custom service like that is rare. Thank you Kevin for making me feel at home.

This gym is slowly slipping. I have showed up more than once and the gym is not open. No signs , no reason. The equipment is also declining in condition. Half of the squat stations are broken, the bikes are starting to fall apart, several of the leg machines are always down. It's just frustrating, a gym should always be open during posted hours and the equipment should be in functional condition thats the very basics.

If my guest truly had use of my perks it'd be rated better. Also could use more variety or a pool. A pool would be amazing. They should truly come up with a family styled planet fitness center too. Where my teen could workout with me and my 12and under/toddler could be in like a matted gym or even care center. Even if it was a lil more spendy...just not crazy like regular family styled gyms/fitness clubs.

Nice facility! I was able to get an hour in before dinner & most of the machines I wanted to use were readily available. They keep it pretty cool in there, which is a huge bonus when it's as hot as it was today!

I just moved to Kennewick and planet fitness offered a free high school summer pass which is completely awesome (also completely free): especially cuz I am BROKE! This gym is always clean and they aren’t kidding when they say everyone is welcome! Staff is awesome!

I'm getting back into the gym again. And I travel all over the and have visited several planet fitness. No judgement.. disappointed. I literally felt like I walked into a skating alley. 85% of this gym was MINORS. Like it was a hang out or something. Some did workout but, didn't look like they knew what they were doing. Others just blocked all the equipment and stood they just socializing.
