Please train staff to ensure that mask mandate apply to all members don't go around policing to just members of color who pay the same amount as other members. Please let staff know that paper towels run low often and sanitation spray is always running low. Might be a good idea to have your staff make rounds on the floor before making videos and post on social media on their phones consistently.

100% disrespectful staff! Not all of them respect those who respect you backTonight I'm really disappointed because I usually have a body pass and on the 12th of September, a male receptionist refused to let me in and said my body pass had expired or whatever he said, and I told him it's fine, I'll update it next time, but he said no, either pay now or you can't go, so I just left. The thing is, I'm paying money and they're treating me like it's free. Hopefully they take care of this things otherwise will not recommend this gym anymore.Note: I know they shouldn’t let an expired membership however I told him I will update next time I come cuz I had nothing with myself still he refused to let me in😡👎

I signed up this place around January and bought a year membership because at the time I live close by and they said the shower and swimming pool area will be open in couple weeks. Yes the pool opened in couple weeks but not shower and locker. Which is fine, during the pandemic it is understandable. So in March I figure out that I will be moving soon and the location I move to is kind of far away from the only 24 hour fitness opens in the area, and it will be no point for me to drive all the way down for the extra time and effort. I called, see if there is a chance I can cancel my membership and get a refund since I only signed up couple month ago and knowing for the rest of the year I won't be able to go in there at all. The answer was no, they can cancel my membership but I'm not able to get a refund. The whole thing make me feel really frustrating is I didn't know for most of your locations are never gonna open again, your website and call center saying most of your location is opened, and I didn't know your name is 24 hour but you are not open 24 hours, I didn't know you only have 3 days to cancel after sign up, and I also didn't know if you buy membership from Costco then when you want to refund they can do that but if you buy membership in store they just can't refund. I mean, Hello? I was talking with the manager there 2 times about the situation seeking for help and I got a raised voice and talked over while I was still talking, and told me the location I move to still in the same general area so it's not that far away, it is what it is. I mean, who is that to tell me what should I do? I understand it was my mistake to buy a year membership without knowing I will be moving, but if you are looking for a gym, avoid this one. Terrible management and customer service.

Great gym. Clean, nice equipment, friendly and helpful staff. Derek is my trainer and he is wonderful. I have some old injuries, and he modifies my workouts to safely challenge me. I feel very fortunate to workout with him .

An absolute dump! The staff expect the members to obey posted signs, but they don’t follow them themselves. There is a small sign on the door that says that masks are mandatory, but there’s a big sign above the front door that says “24 HOUR FITNESS,” yet they close at 9 PM. Where I come from, that is called lying. Keep in mind, that King County is currently on Phase 3 and there are no state mandates about gyms closing for eight hours per night. This is just dishonesty and laziness on their part, using Covid as a scapegoat. Additionally, The staff will walk across the gym to yell at you about a mask, but will completely walk by trash that’s on the ground and not give a thought to picking it up.

Your call center is closed as you are keeping all communication with members an hidden agenda. Very poor leadership and Corporate level planning while going through a Chapter 13 BK

Went for a day while I was visiting from the holidays. Staff were super friendly and chill, and everything was really clean and organized. Its certainly pricey, but for me it was a worthwhile investment.
