Pretty nice gym. Not the biggest fan of assisted weights. Nice variety of equipment. Overall, clean gym, very friendly staff, I would recommend. Other people at the gym don't always abide by the gym rules (i.e. hoarding equipment in a corner). Membership is a pretty decent price too, no family pack options though. Not too busy either. Amazing staff, so nice. Gym equipment is update/kept functional frequently. They take care of their equipment so you don't have to worry about it malfunctioning while you're using it.

Very clean and I loved the locker room. As little as it sounds the benches right under the lockers were so nice. Definitely had a great experience and workout here. Seems like they have a better variety of equipment compared to other locations.

I arrived here by mistake, thinking it was "24hour Fitness" where my Nephew works. However, the staff where warm and welcoming, the atmosphere was smooth calm and relaxing, with a variety of Women and Men whom seemed focused, and determined to get and stay physically fit. The restroom appeared to be clean. Equipment orderly. From my rating 1-5 I give it a 4. CSTobin
