I had been going here for 3 years and the last 30 days was the worst customer service from any establishment I've been to. First of all, if you cancel your membership they will still charge your account until you call your bank to make a stop payment but yet their system wont show that a payment was received. Even the rep I spoke to from my bank said that she's geard that about planet fitness before.And don't dare try to ask for a supervisor/manager because they will just cowar and walk away and hide until you're gone.

I spend a lot of time at Planet Fitness chains because I travel for work. Before I had a membership with them, I tried many different gyms. This chain was impressively clean at every location. In comparison to hotel gyms, partener gyms, and local gyms, this has to be my favorite. Sometimes they have broken machines (normal as it happens with use) but they are fixed usually in a day or 2.

Went to get more information about being a guest and the person who helped was very helpful and explain, use the app when you have a guest because way tou are not harass or have to give out person information. It was very clean and smelled really good and great customer service. Make you feel like you are in a mo in star. The person said if need help with any of the machines let him know and will help you. I have a mother who has a little mobility, he told her that he could get her started on a machine and would check her often to make sure she was okay. Very clean and the parklot is clean as well.

Tons of cardio equipment. Sufficient free weights, but gets a bit crowded. Clean environment and friendly staff.

I come here really early because it's empty and clean and close to work after I love it!

Always great Employees to greet you and assist. Always a clean enviornment bo matter what time of the day

I loved planet fitness everything about the gym however our relationship ended due to me not being vaccinated I go in cancel my membership and they tell me in 3 days even tho my membership is ended they are gonna charge me a annual fee because that’s what I agreed to so I’m gonna pay a annual wich means yearly fee for a gym I’m not allowed in there was no pandemic when I started but they new the mandate was going into affect and did nothing to accommodate those who are not vaccinated so we’re stuck paying dues and annual fees but can’t go in if and when this is over I’d never go back they had no understanding or compassion just policies that they aren’t willing to altar due to the pandemic I worked with them when they had space limits and were shut down I still paid my dues and before you judge me I have a auto immune disorder and it’s not in my best interest to get vaccinated per my dr but I was very very sad to see they wouldn’t even try to work with me

RACIALLY PROFILES CUSTOMERS. Honestly it's sad how the employees here conduct themselves. DEFINITELY stay away from this location if you're a person of color it's not a inclusive space.

we all wear masks.except for a couple of them who feel special and prefer not to wear a mask.And that's a little uncomfortableanyway I will continue paying planet. I like that gym.

Like many people, I find it hard staying consistent going to the gym. Regardless of paying for my membership month to month, I still continue to encourage myself to find time in my busy schedule. However, EVERY time without fail, I’ve return to this location after a couple months of falling off & the receptionist has something to say about how long I haven’t been to the gym. It’s extremely embarrassing and against the “No Judgement Zone” bs. Let alone publicly ANNOUNCING how many days I’ve been gone, leaving judging eyes from other people in my direction. Do better.
